Best furniture store in Niagara Falls, New York (NY) 2024

I went in with a simple book binding job that would only take 5-8 minutes and was told I'd have to come back tomorrow because they have big jobs they are working on. I used to work for office Depot and there used to be a policy that small jobs get immediate care and only large jobs have to leave the order. Not sure why this policy would change. ~Scott

I’m not happy at all I have been waiting for a part for my fridge over a year and my main location was on pine the management was awful it seem like there was a new manager every month and now that location has closed now I’m dealing with the pine ave location I told them my problem with the other location and guy was nice he said he would put in order for part and he said 3 weeks and 3 weeks I called and I was told that the part was never ordered if they could not get this part than I should of receive a different refrigerator and now I will be paid off this month and still haven’t received the part I’m so upset ~Shawneeque
