Best appliance store in Niagara Falls, New York (NY) 2024

We decided to use Home Depot to purchase a full house worth of doors to replace in our home. Bob was great in the selection and ordering process. We paid for our doors and installation fee in full. We were contacted about scheduling our installation in a timely manner. The contractor showed up on time. This is the damage and horrible installation our house was left with. Every single door has extensive gouging in the frames, not all are pictured. The 3 bedroom doors do not actually “click” to close shut and swing open. There is a large orange sticker still left on the trim that is nailed into the frame so we cannot peel it. Our walls were damaged and will need painted unlike several areas. Trim is not actually nailed into frames in spots, it was caulked and immediately blew off of our doors. On the interior of the frames many nails are sticking out of the trim at an angle towards our faces, not holding the trim into the frame. Old trim was put back into place, but most of it is significantly damaged. We are incredibly disappointed and unsatisfied as our house is in worse condition than it was before installation. We have contacted Home Depot regarding this job. This review will stay posted until a resolution is offered and completed. ~Lauren

I’m not happy at all I have been waiting for a part for my fridge over a year and my main location was on pine the management was awful it seem like there was a new manager every month and now that location has closed now I’m dealing with the pine ave location I told them my problem with the other location and guy was nice he said he would put in order for part and he said 3 weeks and 3 weeks I called and I was told that the part was never ordered if they could not get this part than I should of receive a different refrigerator and now I will be paid off this month and still haven’t received the part I’m so upset ~Shawneeque
