Stopped in the other day to pick up a couple of items. Very impressed by the number of staff in the store and how friendly everyone was. I was greeted by every staff member and asked if I needed help numerous times. Kudos to management and staff on being so focused on customer service!

Nasty, dirty overpriced. They definitely need more staff could not get any assistance it took me almost half an hour to get one question answered. Also need more staff at checkout there were many people wanting to check out and only one regular checkout open and the self-service checkout was jammed and took forever. They definitely need to do more cleaning regularly as well for sure.

We decided to use Home Depot to purchase a full house worth of doors to replace in our home. Bob was great in the selection and ordering process. We paid for our doors and installation fee in full. We were contacted about scheduling our installation in a timely manner. The contractor showed up on time. This is the damage and horrible installation our house was left with. Every single door has extensive gouging in the frames, not all are pictured. The 3 bedroom doors do not actually “click” to close shut and swing open. There is a large orange sticker still left on the trim that is nailed into the frame so we cannot peel it. Our walls were damaged and will need painted unlike several areas. Trim is not actually nailed into frames in spots, it was caulked and immediately blew off of our doors. On the interior of the frames many nails are sticking out of the trim at an angle towards our faces, not holding the trim into the frame. Old trim was put back into place, but most of it is significantly damaged. We are incredibly disappointed and unsatisfied as our house is in worse condition than it was before installation. We have contacted Home Depot regarding this job. This review will stay posted until a resolution is offered and completed.

They've got a good selection of just about everything. Most of the staff is great, I just try to stay away from the paint section since I am almost always ignored or seem like I'm disturbing them.. But besides that the store is great. The gardening section has really improved over the last few years as well. Prices are fair
