The lady who I asked for some assistance was very knowledgeable of the merchandise I needed. She left her cash register, took me to the merchandise I needed, and then helped me carry the items to her register and checked me out in very friendly manner. We decided to use Home Depot to purchase a full house worth of doors to replace in our home. Bob was great in the selection and ordering process. We paid for our doors and installation fee in full. We were contacted about scheduling our installation in a timely manner. The contractor showed up on time. This is the damage and horrible installation our house was left with. Every single door has extensive gouging in the frames, not all are pictured. The 3 bedroom doors do not actually “click” to close shut and swing open. There is a large orange sticker still left on the trim that is nailed into the frame so we cannot peel it. Our walls were damaged and will need painted unlike several areas. Trim is not actually nailed into frames in spots, it was caulked and immediately blew off of our doors. On the interior of the frames many nails are sticking out of the trim at an angle towards our faces, not holding the trim into the frame. Old trim was put back into place, but most of it is significantly damaged. We are incredibly disappointed and unsatisfied as our house is in worse condition than it was before installation. We have contacted Home Depot regarding this job. This review will stay posted until a resolution is offered and completed. ~Lauren
