Go here every couple of weeks, haven’t really introduced myself as a regular there but it’s the only Gamestop I trust. Marcus is always willing to strike up a conversation and Aaron is pretty chill too. Like to go even if I don’t want to buy something, I’d end up buying something anyways. Hard on the pockets though, it’s a good store, recommend.

Two guys working were super cool and nice I've been to this gamestop before and they always have a couple of employees here and there that make me not want to come back to this but Ethan and Marcus changed that real nice friendly and knowledgeable about games and the action figures collectable I highly recommend this gamestop as long as ETHAN & MARCUS work there I'll be back in again

I use to come here at least twice a month to check out new figures and collectibles. A month ago the place started to smell, like stale wet clothes. I went in there yesterday and couldn't last more than a minute before I had to walk out and get some fresh air. I feel sorry for the employees who have to work through that. Gamestop needs to do something about it. The store is in a good location and the stock is pretty kept up to date.

MY FAVORITE GAMESTOP! This store is bigger and therefore they have a larger variety of merchandise. The staff's knowledge is vast...so obvious that they are truly gamers and into this field. IF you don't find what you are looking for, they will check their computer to make sure they don't have it in their inventory. I have been here a few times and have NEVER had a bad experience.

I use to enjoy this place but the last interactions I've had have been just aggravating. The first was when I had a defective joycon stick. It worked but it would not stay in place and would continue to slide off the switch. I called first just to make sure it could be REPLACED, not me having to buy another one, I had a 2 year warranty which they say can only be used once.... I described what was happening and they said they'd be able to switch it out. I get there and they replace it with a used one. Made me do a trade in and then I had to pay for the used one they gave me.. once they had my old one, one gentleman came by and asked did it work or what was wrong with it. The girl who was assisting me said it worked and he asked why were they taking it and she told him it wouldn't lock in place. Her words though "It just won't lock in place it works perfectly fine and is functional but some people just don't care about that." ...... yes iidon't care if it "works" it doesn't work unless everything does as it's suppose to do. Really? Came off super rude. The 2nd was when they cost me a hot lunch. I'm in the military so I wanted to transfer my pre order to a GameStop on base. The base GameStop called them and was told to wait because they were handling stock... I was on a tight limit what should have been just 2-5 minutes turned into 10-15 minutes. Really the stock couldn't have waited?? I could have understood if they were handling other customers but no. It was stock. Basically I had only a certain time for lunch, by the time I got done having to wait I couldn't even eat a hot meal because it was time to report back. Ridiculous. Even the employee at the base GameStop didn't understand their problem. I'll definitely be switching GameStops and all pre-orders.
