I get that everyone is having staffing issues and wait lines are going to be an issue. However, there is no coordination between corporate run automated lines and online systems and what happens in the store. I've been told several times that a prescription is ready by the automated system, just to go wait in line for half an hour and be told that it's not actually ready, or that it's not even in stock and would take a week for them to fulfill. I also have had friends have issues with scheduling vaccinations, only to arrive there and no one on site is able to administer the vaccine. While staffing realities can't be helped, here's no excuse for this lack of coordination, and it makes the lines longer and the waits and service worse for everyone, including the techs working there.

THE WORST. Third-world pharmacy with one person working who thinks they are a gift to the 15+ people waiting in line for an hour to be told they need to wait another 30 minutes because their prescription isn't ready. Abusive. DO NOT EVEN TRY. No accountability. THEY DON'T CARE. You're their hostage.

Apparently the pharmacy technicians have all quit. As a result, there are incredibly long lines and wait times. We received texts that our prescriptions had been filled and were ready for pick up. The pharmacist said that the texts were incorrect. So, after waiting in line for an hour, I had to wait for the prescription to be filled.

This has to be the worst pharmacy to deal with. I have called multiple times in one week and waited over 30 minutes and no one ever answers the phone and you just hang up. You can tell they see it ringing as the music will stop while they behold the call. If you are not there right when they open, good luck getting a prescription without a 30-45 minute long line. If you have a prescription sent by a doctor, it still takes at least a week for them to actually fill it. If you use the app, it's the same thing. It will always say in process and seems to never get filled. Not sure the point of auto refill if you still have to go to the store to ask them to refill it. They need to either hire more people or fire the horrible people that currently work there. Seems to be a lot of turnover and no one wants to stay. They seem to only ever have one person running the counter no matter how long the line is. Time to find a new pharmacy, don't waste your time with this place.

This pharmacy is grossly understaffed, you get updates that your order is ready for pickup, 30 minutes in line and they can have it ready for me in 90 minutes. Twice in a year and not so much as an apology. This place is the worst! Update 11/7. My asthmatic sons prescription was said to be ready two days ago. Purposely waited to make sure it would be ready. Went at 3pm and line to the back of the store. Came back at 6 pm waited in line 45 minutes to find the prescription is not ready they are a week behind and most of the staff quit. Waiting on the Dr to switch to King Soopers. In the mean time my child suffers!

We have been using this same pharmacy for almost 10 years & over the past year the service has horribly declined. If I could give negative stars I would. It used to be a very efficient pharmacy with helpful staff, but no more. Today was my last straw and we will be moving our entire family’s prescriptions elsewhere. They are unreliable, unprofessional & impolite. My sick child had a prescription called in by his doctor this morning. It was a necessary prescription he needed to get well & needed to be given today as it was a one time steroid. When I went to the pharmacy (after zero communication for hours about when the prescription would be ready) they told me they could fill it tomorrow. There was 1 person working & she said they couldn’t fill prescriptions. If you can’t actually fill prescriptions then why bother? Just close this pharmacy & stop wasting everyone’s time. On top of not being able to fill a prescription, the staff member was very rude and completely unhelpful at helping me find any solution. There was zero empathy or customer service. They are doing a disservice to the very few employees they have by putting them in this difficult position. I went to the Target customer service & asked who I could contact to complain about the pharmacy service. They said this happens dozens of times every day & quickly gave me a paper with contact info for CVS. I wrote a lengthy email but will be surprised if I ever get a response. All in all, we won’t be going to this pharmacy again. Don’t waste your time.

Can’t wait until I can get my prescriptions moved. Stuck at CVS until Medicare change. Doctor calls in your prescription, you check your prescription online, in process. You call, they don’t ever pick up the phone. Drive across town to find a 30 minute line. Been 2 days since it was called in. Still in process, but they can expedite, will be at least 2 hours, yet they are closing in one. Return the next day, stand in line another 30 minutes to find they are out of some items and maybe they will restock in a few days. Get online, stays in process again, they won’t answer their phone. Can it get any worse?

Yes, they are understaffed. It’s a rough job. But imagine it from the other side. You have a medication that you need. The CVS app is useless for refills (everything stays “in process” indefinitely). So you try to call. Wait times on the phone are hours. If you do get through, sometimes the pharmacy techs don’t have information they should have, or give inconsistent answers. Maybe you go in person to try to figure out what is happening, wait in line for 30 minutes, and then the pharmacist blows you off. And this happens every time. When you see frustrated patients who are waiting on needed medications, there’s probably a lot you aren’t seeing. The pharmacy team and the patients both deserve better from the corporate team that manages this pharmacy. Pay the pharmacists better, hire more of them, and treat patients like human beings who deserve a basic standard of care.

Quick and easy, knowledgeable and friendly staff. For what people are asking of the short-staffed pharmacy, check your attitude and remember these people are doing us a service instead of just shutting down shop while short staffed like walgreens. The lady that helped me was kind enough to explain what the issue was and attempt to keep the line moving. Also, everyone is entitled to a lunch, so to hear people griping about them closing for a 30 MINUTE lunch, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

Excellent service. Had a prescription xfer’d from out of state and filled in less than 1/2 hour. There was a short 3 person line. I explained that my normal/home CVS had filled the prescription but I was on vacation here in Colorado. Very friendly/knowledgeable pharmacy tech said they would call my usual CVS and have it ready probably in under an hour. I did a bit of grocery shopping in the Target areas of the store and got a “prescription ready” text in about 15 min. Went to pickup counter (no lines) pharmacy tech got my med’s as well as checkout my grocery items(avoiding main checkout lines). In total from entering store until back in parking lot it was less than 30 min. WONDERFUL. This was on a Tue @ about 5:00.
