I liked that they had a good variety of clothes for plus size women. I wanted to try things on but their rooms were closed. They reassured me that I could bring back what didn't fit. The clerk was very friendly and let me know what the policy was for returns. Very professional!

So I absolutely love the selection of stuff that was available at the store. I would have given a perfect five star rating or even bought something if I had been greeted when I came in just like everyone else had after me. They even said thank you and have a nice day to the couple walking out only seconds after I walked into the store. I walked around to almost every single rack, some even twice…. Nobody asked me if I could be helped at all. I don’t understand why…. So I have super bad anxiety and really need someone to just speak to me to help relieve whatever weight I have upon entering any place. Oh well, not everywhere can be perfect! Great stuff, and too bad…. I really wanted to spend some serious bucks in here… :/

-Great price on books, scrubs, kids apparel, and home good is deserving of 5 stars. -Since their fitting rooms are still closed... I gave them 3 stars. -Nice employees, efficient checkout, relaxed atmosphere.

The staff at the city trends off of memorial and here in Lynchburg does not follow their own layaway policy quick example it says on the receipt if you take out or cancel the layaway that you have to pay the $8 charge and another $2 for having to restock it back on the showroom floor my understanding was this according to the receipt I get the eight and the two has to be paid the payment that I put on it was $20 I was told that I don't get my 20 back even though it clearly says if you cancel before your layaway is due all you have to pay all you have to pay is $10 eight and then the two so anybody out there can you reach out and tell me why or if I misunderstanding but clearly you should get the money back that you put on your layaway circuit someone reach out and let me know

My kids love the clothes here so I shop here every year for school clothes. My only suggestion would be to have More of the sizes Needed bc we have a hard time finding boys And girls sizes in what the kids really like. And maybe expand your shoe selection. This is still a great place to shop for affordable clothing that is mostly name brand. So TY Citi trends for helping my kids go back to school in Style each year!! I'm a Satisfied Customer.
