Gretchel and Dale exemplifies Aloha. Both worked as a team assisting me in obtaining short notice storage for a company vehicle and inventory. Gretchel took time to research their locker inventory and Dale personally took me to each locker so that I can assess if location and size would meet company requirements. Storage is expensive on Maui and Extra Space is offering a pretty good value for the money along with a great staff to assist in locating a clean and secure locker to meet your company or Ohana needs. The sign up process was quick and easy. Spoke to a live operator and he was extremely helpful. Received a call from the local storage facility and she was very friendly and helpful as well. The storage space was clean and exactly what I was looking for. If I could give ten stars, I would. Great job guys! Facility is maintained extremely well. They had professionals pressure washing today when I went to my unit. Always impressed each time I go to my storage unit. Staff went above and beyond to help me with my lock. Thank you again guys! Couldn’t be happier!

I called three different self-storage facilities, with little to no success. I faced “leave a message” and “we’re too full.” Albeit further from home, I called Extra Space Storage, and I had a 180 degree shift in customer service and availability. From my initial inquiry to checkout, my experience was equal to that of a five star hotel. No Bell Captain to help valet my boxes, but the rest of my short stay couldn’t have been better. I especially want to thank, Deana for her help guiding me through the process from start-to-finish. She was very kind, helpful and professional. Always with a smile. I’ve managed resorts and know the importance of your forward facing team. They are the ambassadors of your brand and image. If ever again in that capacity, I would persuade Deana to change teams. ;-)

Our representative Dale did a great job showing us all alternative storage sizes and even climate controlled storage. His help and guidance was excellent. The storage facility was very clean and cared for and that also shows the level of professionalism by the Extra Space Storage Team.

Go no further. Seriously. I had a list of four storage facilities and happened to call Extra Space Storage first. I spoke with “David” and his customer service was top notch. He answered all of my questions and was super courteous. The units were well priced. I was able to put a $0 hold on the unit we were interested in. I didn’t even try to call anyone else. True to their word, ESS called me to see if I was still interested and the answer was yes. When we arrived at the facility, we worked with “Dale” at the Kahului location. Again, customer service was right on and he explained every charge and how the contract worked. He then showed us to our unit and explained everything about the location and lift and how the entrance gates operated. Again, top notch service and our unit was clean and ready for move in. We would 1,000% use ESS for all of our storage needs!!

Hands down the best experience! When calling ahead the staff on the line made all my accommodations an easy adjustment to schedule an appointment. Came in to Dane helping us with being very helpful, touring other units, guiding us to the lift center for easy transition! This place is also very clean & security is unbeatable. Fast and convenient friendly staff services, highly recommended
