Went to get lunch at this subway today with a friend, the counter staff provided great customer service and made us great sandwiches. The only bad part of our experience was a short female manager there was being extremely rude to the young employees working there and was not very kind to us as customers. I would return for another lunch but they should consider new management.

I placed an online order and specifically didn't want oil on any of my sandwiches. As I walked in the door the guy reached for the oil and doused both of my sandwiches and my online order was right in front of him

Once the 'sandwich artist' told this senior they still sold veggie sub ( wasn't on their billboard) had 2 great FL sandwiches! Can't wait for gluten-free roll/wrap to be offered... then 5 stars.

Last time I got Subway, I got food poisoning the next day, that was last year. Today I found a fly when I unwrapped my sandwich. All I ask is that they make sure the food is fresh like they advertises and it's in a sanitized environment.

Incredibly rude girl with dyed black hair was not willing to be anything but useless near closing. Super loud and terrible "music" playing whenever I go in there. Sounds like the artist is in a lot of pain at recording. Other staff are a little more help.

Nothing wrong with food, workers were polite except for one girl, her name starts with a V, but she is very rude and makes the customers feel very uncomfortable and rolls her eyes constantly when you ask her for a condiment on your sandwich.

I ordered online so I could quickly pick up. Then I got there to find out they hadn’t even started my order... not a big deal restaurants get busy I can understand things happen. So I say no worries and wait outside. Got my order, then I got home to find a couple of our sandwiches had the wrong ingredients on them. A little annoying. But I can understand. Finally we notice our side items were entirely the wrong ones. I get stuff happens and it’s not a huge deal I’m just disappointed. Hopefully this can be feedback for the employees. Take the time (even when you’re behind on orders) to make sure it’s correct! 🙂
