They always mess up my order and I always have to double check they got it right when I order, then I have to check the bag to make sure everything on the receipt is in the bag. Tonight I didn’t check the order and I got two McDoubles with everything on them when I wanted just pickles, and a small fry instead of a medium fry, and no drink when I ordered a medium coke. I just left because that’s what was on the receipt. I’m not coming here anymore. If I don’t check the order and the bag I will not get what I ordered and I shouldn’t have to double check every step of the process…

I'm only giving this a 4 star because these people have to endure my mom... she's a bit much. As for this particular MD it's OK. It has a double drive through lane so that even at its busiest the dri e through moves quickly enough.

I love how friendly the staff always is at this McDonald's. I just went to get the new Halloween buckets for my kids and it was CRAZY busy. Like we waited in the drive thru for 30 mins busy. Even though I know everyone was probably stressing out, they still maintain their customer service. I didn't feel rushed at all. Food was hot and fresh too!

They messed up my order. I asked them if my order of extra pickles was in the bag and the lady looked me straight in the eye and said, "Yes it is." She lied through her teeth! On top of that, apparently no one there knows how to answer the phone.

I really have mixed feelings about this location. If I can avoid it, I will drive to another location because more often than not, there is always a problem with this location. Either getting my order wrong, to having to ask for condiments, or napkins even. Overall the leadership at this location doesn’t seem to stress the importance of customer service, and that is why I avoid it at all costs.

It's Mc Donald's. Ice cream machine never works, so never have I been able to get a milkshake 😭 however they've never messed our order up and our food has always been fresh and hot. Customers service is fine. They're never really rude. Inside has always been clean including their bathrooms.

Get my slushie here pretty often but sometimes they're just so slow. And they can get so busy especially coming from work. But they get everything done and it tastes good . Can't complain too much

The movile app rewards and points are not currently valid here. This has been the case for over a month now. Their not trying to help customers that use the point rewards system and this is just poor usage of resources they have available. Other than that, pretty good customer service with line moving quickly.

This location is trash. Customer service is awful. They are currently not accepting mobile orders or honor reward points .. and for some “ reason” their ice cream machine is always broke. Save yourself the trouble and drive to the Mililani location.

Rarely have any issues with this location. Drive thru line can get long but still moves along smoothly. When the line is long, I place my order on the app and just tell them my code when I get to the speaker. When the line isn't long, I still order on the app. Employees are good about making sure your order is correct before handing it to you.
