The service I received when I picked up the vehicle on April 28th was terrible. The interior of the vehicle was dirty and the exterior had unresolved marks/damage all over the body. The vehicle was poorly maintained. The agent was rude and made me fill out the vehicle inspection with his tablet in the rain. I could tell that this location was poorly managed as the only agent was out shopping for 8 min while we waited for him to return. When I tried to drive the vehicle to work the very next morning, the tire blew out. I called a district manager, Chris Pearson, who was helpful. He assisted by having an agent drive a better vehicle to me an hour later. The wait time for calls to this location is at least 13 minutes. I recommend seriously reviewing the management of this location. We have rented from other locations for years and have always received first-class service from a professional team. This location falls far below that standard. Thanks.

Made a reservation online for this location. Got dropped off by uber and the front desk told me they had no cars. They just told me, "yeah, I don't know why that happens, but we don't have a car for you."

I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. First I received a dirty car inside out then I turned the car in after hrs and was still charged for 2 days after o turned it in. Worst experience ever. Out of all the times I rented a car from enterprise this was by far the worse experience.

Location is very convenient and the service was relatively quick. However, the actual price to rent a car is much more than what the website reservation quotes. Additionally, The car I received was extremely dirty inside and out but I had to take it because it was the only car left. I would not recommend this location. SMs should get a ride off post to rent a car.

Reserved an economy car three weeks in advance and when I went to pick it up was told there were no cars avaliable. All they had was a pickup truck. No solution, no explaination, no support! Worst customer service ever!

I have never had such a good experience renting a car as I did with Enterprise on Schofield Barracks. The young man named Wilson took me out to the car and showed me all the bells and whistles. He was very courteous and polite. I asked if there were any hidden charges that we will be surprised with when we brought it back, he said no, and there weren't. We will rent from them again.

I'm on the North Shore and this location and the one in Turtle Bay are the only ones open on the weekend. I really like this location though, the staff is very friendly and very helpful. I've rented from them a couple times and the service is always quick. The cars are nice too. Definitely recommend.
