Horrible service!! Entered store, waited several minutes, kept hollering for some help as I pre-ordered. Saw several employees pass to and fro; one even looked at me, never acknowledged I was there!!! I was loud. I'm sure someone heard me but just didn't care. Your workers need training with customer service because it was certainly LACKING!!! I will happily take my business to another place!!!

🤔I guess there's 2 kinds of pizza sauce they use,I like the sweet marinara not the sour marinara sauce.They should ask which you prefer,not just make the way they want.

Pizza Hut is really good when your too tired to cook, want a quick meal or for gatherings, game days, parties or picnics and since the Wahiawa location is in a convenient area with decent parking it makes a good stop to pick up something to eat. Since i needed medication picked up at longs, the husband picked up dinner here. I just ordered online and when he finished picking up the meds, it was ready. Quick. Easy. Convenient but 4 stars because its not cheap. I never for some reason, have a coupon or online discount code when i need one. Oh well. The food was good. Im a creature of habit so I always order, Surprise, 16 pc. Honey BBQ boneless wings. ($14.99) Half the order hits the spot for me. I love the sweet, slightly tangy sauce. Plus, i can eat the other half the next day so it covers two meals. Also, mini Cinnabon’s. ($8.99+ $1.99 two extra icing) Pales to the actual brick n mortar location but if your all the way out in wahiawa, beggars can’t be choosers. Better than grocery store ones at least. The husband had the Detroit Supreme Pizza ($15.99) since its available for awhile, he liked that and the Italian Meat Pasta ($11.99) with breadsticks which he usually orders as well. Almost $60 for the entire meal. Pizza Hut has been around forever & everyone on island just about has eaten food from here one time or another so they will be around for a long time more I’m sure.

This place is THE BEST!! The staff is always friendly and they consistently make the most delicious pizzas in all the land! It's close to home and we're here all the time. We love this Pizza Hut, keep up the good work team!

I order the promotional Stuffed crust pizza. With extra cheese, half beef and half pepperoni. I was very disappointed with my pizza. There wasn't extra cheese on my pizza. Hardly any Marinera sauce and the pizza itself was really thin. I always order the same pizza any time I order from Pizza Hut and never had an issue. The one time I order from a different location, I get disappointed with my order. I would not recommend this location. I feel as if I was ripped off tonight. However, I would give them the benefit of the doubt that maybe this Pizza Hut location isn't always bad and tonight was an off night for them.

I ordered the “Triple Treat Box “ from Pizza Hut for a late dinner tonight. It includes: TWO medium 1-topping pizzas 5 breadsticks w/ marinara sauce 10 mini Cinnabon rolls $27.99 If you spend $35 or more there’s a coupon for a FREE chocolate chip cookie OR Cinnamon sticks. ($7.99 value) So I also ordered the Boneless Honey BBQ chicken $7.99 to qualify for the freebie. So my grand total including tax was $37.68. The packaging was different from the ad but it was packed nicely. Pizza was hot and good. We got a cheese and one pepperoni hand tossed crust. Breadsticks were HARD. Cinnabon rolls were tiny and had a little frosting but it was good. The FREE chocolate chip cookie was yummy so it made up for some of the flaws. Honey BBQ chicken was great! Overall it was a good meal for almost $40. Make sure u cut and clip the coupon for your freebie.

Pizza Hut is a fast food place, but why would it take my 6pm order 3 hrs to deliver to me? And then it doesn't even get delivered at that time and I wait an extra hour and a half. Food is now cold and wings have absorbed the sauce and are dry. This is not a fast food place, proper management is needed. Photos of time of order and their delivery time to me (which was still over an hour late).

STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. DEC 2020: I ordered a meal for around $45. I ordered 4 extra sauces. Only 3 of the sauces were delivered. When I called the restaurant they would not refund me and only offered an in store credit. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a common occurrence. I used to work for pizza hut and know that refunds are possible. It just takes a couple minutes out of the managers time which I guess they aren't willing to do. This is ridiculous. Note to management team: It takes 10 seconds to double check an order before the driver takes it to be delivered. 1 week later update: I had to email corporate to get the refund but I got it. 12 June 2021: Decided to give them a second chance. Bad idea. They forgot my Pepsi. 28AUG21: they forgot to bring everything I ordered and then wouldn’t answer their phone. 29AUG21: Was able to get a hold of the Pizza Hut call center which called the store which finally refunded me. I don’t know any other pizza chain where people can’t just call the store directly. 15OCT21: this was my last time ordering from this location. They brought me the completely wrong pizza today. Every time I order something is wrong. This is the last time I will be ordering food from Pizza Hut. Papa Johns tastes better anyway. They brought a completely different pizza than the one I ordered. When I used to work for Pizza Hut it was the manager and delivery driver’s job to double check the order to make sure it is correct. I don’t know why this no longer happens. I know you don’t care that you lost a customer. I’m just a couple hundred a year to the millions you make yearly. But please just do better.

Dry and hard this should be a hand toss pizza but more like thin crust pizza couldn’t enjoy or eat the pizza way to hard and dry literally u can’t even fold the pizza -_- delivery is also horrible u may as well pick it up yourselves if u want it warm or etc ..

We just received a super dry, burnt, stuffed crust pizza that tastes like it’s been reheated several times. The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is the delivery guy was super nice. Yuck!
