If you are mindful of the rush hour times you won't be disappointed. If you decide to order during lunch or dinner rush there may be difficulty finding parking or an extended wait for your food, but I believe that is 100% on the customer to take into account.

Pizza Huts food has really diminished over the years. I use to take my family to eat-in at the restaurants before covid now its all delivery. That is all fine and dandy but the pizza has suffered the loss of flavor sparcley built lacking sufficient topping nowadays. It's like there is no pride in building a perfect pizza...Sad

The pizza is decent. Not a whole lotta great pizza on the island, to be honest. At least their pricing isn't insane. But they don't have crushed red pepper packets, instead you've gotta buy their tiny overpriced bottles. And they were CLEARLY running low on marina sauce for the breadsticks and watered it down hardcore. This isn't Marinara sauce, it's marinara flavored water. We literally opened up a jar of pasta sauce to dip our breadsticks in instead. For one of like, 3 fast food places in Keaau you'd think they could do a bit better

Made an order, online.1 hour later saw pizza delivery drive in and then turned around. when i call main number, got hung up on. I then drove to pizza hut, which was 5 minutes away from delivery site, told them that i saw the driver, but they turned around in parking lot. driver calls me, states that wasn't my order, they had to go HPP first. waited another 1 1/2 hours, food is delivered, pizza barely warm, and chicken was cold.it took them 2 1/2 hours for my food to arrive. Mind you, pizza hut is 5 minutes away from the delivery site. This was the worst and will never order again.

Over two hours and no pizza. I called and they cannot even track my order with my phone number. I cannot call the store directly or even message anyone. They did charge my credit card though. Thank goodness for credit card protection.

I ordered online, off the app bc I do not have room on my phone for the app. There was no way for the store to know I was outside to receive my "contactless" curbside delivery. There was also no way to contact the store directly, I was transferred to the statewide number when I tried to call...on hold. Long story long, my pizza sat more than 25 minutes after it was really. I will not be ordering from you again.

The pizza was on time and tasty. No problems there. However, the person in front of me was allowed inside to pick up her order without wearing a mask, as required by law. She took her time, opening each box, so it was not just a grab and go. I would hate for the establishment to be fined or closed, hurting the people who work there and all of the customers who would not be able to get their meals. Please explain this to the employees who take pity on that one person without a mask.

The main reason was our delivery gal was so very accommodating when we needed Some thing extra, so we didn’t have to run to the store which we didn’t want to have to do! It’s really nice when people go out of their way to help, seriously she was amazing thank you.

I always order light marina sauce no matter what pizza I order. last night I ordered the stuffed crust again and it was loaded with sauce. I always order from the same location and 90% of the time they do it right.
