So inconsistent... I've had my order incorrectly made 3 weeks in a row. They're simple orders too... Two topping pizza with little to no side items. I'll give them credit for offering to make a new pizza every time ( not that they care that's just Dominoes policy) but I really don't know why they can get orders correct. I guess that the price you pay for cheaper pizza .

We usually really like domino's. But the pizza here was not good. The crust was flat (didn't rize nicely) and overall it was overdone. We are pretty sad about it cuz it would be nice to have a good pizza place close to home.

Worst Ewa Beach has done. Try harder next time.. That is if I give you a next time. Shift manager should be product checking. If he/she did and this is the quality of food going out the door, shame on you. I work too hard for my money, you should work harder for yours.

They stay struggling over there. Got parmesan bread bites with absolutely nothing on them just straight up plain bread bites. Check your order before you leave the store.

Did not expect great service or quick pickup on Super Bowl Sunday but they were very well staffed, friendly, and the food was made well. Plus other pizza places in the area were over an hour wait and order was ready in 15 minutes.

Ordered for pick up 23 December 2021 I read reviews from 3 nearby Domino's location. All three locations had an overall rating of 3-stars. Since there wasn't much to go from (a lot of the reviews were over a year old), I just went with the closest location nearest me. I rarely eat out but I had a $15 gift card for Domino's. Once I was done reading all the reviews and decided on the location, I got on the website to peruse the menu. I already knew I was only getting pizza (it was the safest option). Added to my $15 gift card, Domino's had several coupons available. I selected the 2 large, 2 toppings pizza coupon. Ordering online was easy. Once I was done adding the coupon, I was able to select my crust, cheese, meats, and veggies. I love that I am able to do half/half pizza toppings. My only complaint is that for the chicken topping, they were a bit stingy and barely added any chicken! Once I was done selecting what I wanted, I checked the cart to ensure it was correct then proceeded to checkout. I like that they have a variety of payment options - credit & debit card, PayPal, gift cards, or cash in store. Since I had a gift card, I use that online then paid cash once I went to pickup. After my transaction was completed, I immediately received an email confirmation, which showed me the pizza processing time. I stayed on the website since it also had a processing bar. Let me tell you, I was at home dilly dallying thinking I had plenty time before I need to go pickup. I was wrong! That pizza order was ready pretty quickly. I was kinda worried that the pizza did bake thoroughly (that was one of the complainants I read in the reviews). I went to pick up my pizzas, there is ample parking in the plaza, and there was no wait inside Domino's. I saw 2 employees working in the back (both wearing masks). One came to the register to help me. I provided my name, he provided the rem balance. I paid, received my change and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Overall, I had a good experience!

Ordered a large supreme and large pepperoni for delivery. It came out to be 50$ total after 20% tip. It was Halloween and it took about an hour for them to make the pizza. Pizza arrived kind of cold and poorly made, kind of burnt. Crust was really thin and the pizza all together was just not good. I get domino’s pretty often and this was the first time at this location. Never again though. I don’t know if they were super busy because of Halloween but they did not put any quality into making my two pizzas. I was so disappointed that I had to write a review. I don’t do that often. I hope they see this and try harder next time.

They just can’t get right. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. Not one or two or even three times but multiple times. Every time I order delivery something is forgotten at the store. The assistant manager I dealt with was extremely unprofessional and a poor representation of what this chain is and what a service job should be. I do not particularly care for Pizza Huts food but I would gladly order from them at a higher price for better service and less tasteful food or even a more expensive papa johns then to deal with this location again. Will not order from here again and suggest upper management figure out the issue before others catch on as well.

I have never had a problem with this store and on-time delivery. The cooking of the pizza is always consistent and the drivers always courteous. In one situation, we received a courtesy call from the store to let us know that their delivery is running late during a busy time period and gave us a small side order to make up for their tardiness. Dominos rates 3rd on my list for taste of sauce, behind Papa John’s and Pizza Hut; but for 5 years, this store has been the most consistent with quality, delivery, and customer service.

I'm a customer who normally gets delivery and orders online. I'm not a fan of the ordering online fee, I feel that's kind of lame. Anyway, overall the pizza delivery people are nice and courteous. I haven't had any big issues. The most common thing isn't really that frequent, is that they get my drink wrong. I'm not sure how that happens, but at least the main order is fine. Again this is so minimal it's not a huge deal. The pizza / food itself isn't so bad. It's not top tier and could be better. I think they need some new stuff / combos to make things exciting. You can't order chips online either.
