With the amount of money spent here over a three year timeframe I would expect and I wish I had more positive things to say about Best Buy Lubbock, however for anyone who orders anything online, and has is shipped to the store they do not care about your it’s almost run like a separate business, impossible to get ahold of anyone to help you with questions before or after your order is received. The store just tells you that they can’t help you have to call. To get no help….I’ve purchased 4 75 inch TVs from them all offered online that were supposed to have free home delivery yet 4/4 times with those I had to go myself to pick up the TVs. That’s ALL FOUR TIMES! Why even offer the service online if the store isn’t going to follow thru. One of the TVs literally stopped working on day 63 after purchase making it no longer their problem and I’d have to contact the manufacturer and that was one of the biggest hassles I have ever felt with. The other TVs were fine but again zero Customer service. With the TVs I also purchased 4 quality mounts to attach them to the wall. Each running between $150 and $250. Two Soundbar a both of twitch were over $400 as well as multiple google home speakers (12) and a home hub. Oh and a phone case.. so all I’m over a three year window nice given my business to Best Buy Lubbock to the tune of about $10000 and with that I’ve had zero customer service! If they weren’t the only game in town for the most part I promise you they would tank. Best Buy Lubbock take pride in your work and take care of your customers! Even if an order is placed online and delivered to your store you are the face of the company, you are what will be remembered and my memory of your store makes me never want to shop here again. Better believe next time I need new electronics I’ll probably try out Walmart- I hate Walmart but from what I hear at least they Stand by their products sold and the customers service and quality can’t be worse from what I’ve seen.

I am completely disappointed with a company that I have always held in such high regard above all other retail stores. I tried to return an item last night. I was told I couldn’t. So I left the store and called the Best Buy customer care line….. Everything about Best Buy is quite literally terrible. I had to call into customer care 4 times, first time I was being transferred and the car was dropped. I did not receive a call back. The second call was even more horrendous as Natasha the “customer care representative” advised me that she was not able to transfer calls. Third call I spoke with a representative for over 30 minutes before I was able to actually get a supervisor on the phone…… Anna, the “supervisor” on duty- this woman advised me that she found my receipt and said to go on and head back to the store because they would be able to exchange the item with no problems. I verified and confirmed this information with her prior to returning to the store. I get back to the store. The cashier is unable to find the receipt! I then attempt to call the customer care phone number one more time, while I was quickly going through the telephone prompt to be able to speak with a customer care representative I was approached by what appeared to be the manager on duty at this specific store, amidst all of this frustration and chaos, I am told from the manager that I needed to come back tomorrow because they were closed. This was at 9:14pm so 14 minutes after they had closed I was being told that I needed to come back the following day. Clearly this specific store needs to provide customer service training to its employees, including the a management staff! Incompetence to the highest degree and the worst part is that it was not just the retail store it was also every customer care agent that I spoke with at the call center! Best Buy clearly needs to implement some customer service training for these individuals and teach them how to actually do their job…… Get it together Best Buy- This would never be an issue if I had purchased my item through Amazon because they actually care about their customers

Bro these people wasted my time. Before I made the 1.5 hr trip out here, I asked if there was anything I should know. They said no. I get here. And they’re not knowledgeable, can’t get their devices to work, unprofessional, and now they said they can’t help me at all. Just basically wasted my time. All I wanted was the small chip on #surfacepro8 screen repaired. #Microsoft online service told me to come here and these “geniuses” can’t do a single thing. I asked to speak to the manager, and she refuses to come out. Richard, Andrea, Chris… all useless. #Microsoft you are too. How hard is it to get a simple chip on your screen fixed?!? Seriously. Moral of the story: just go with #apple or #HP, or maybe even a #Samsung. I hope their customer service is better.

Sales associate was super helpful and very knowledgeable! Told me step by step how to connect the adapter I purchased and told me what to do if certain issues arose. He went above and beyond when most would just settle for making a sale.

I had to get a new phone. I researched online, then went to buy it. When I got there, it wasn't on the shelf. I asked one of the sales people, she checked her inventory, went to the back and got it for me. Took 2 minutes. Well, 5 if you include check out. Very easy.

Not a good experience. I told the guy selling phones I wanted a new smartphone and wanted to pay cash... I probably said it 5 times. He then tried to get me to sign up for a credit card.😯🤔 Because "it wasn't anymore money." I had already said it wasn't about the interest, I did NOT want any extra "monthly bills"...period. What part of "buy outright" is so hard to understand? He lost that sale, and lost Best Buy any future large purchases.

Friday Aug 5, 2022 I went to Best Buy to price shop a desktop computer for my Mother. She uses a computer for a few specific thing, her current one is old and slow. Greg immediately took me to the desktops and as we spoke he showed me the all-in-one desktops. He was extremely knowledgeable, answered my questions, made suggestions, all in a friendly manner. After my experience with Greg I decided to buy the computer with him. It gets delivered in three days. Thanks, Greg, for your help!

I hate to do this but if you’re going to get Geek Squad to install any of your car audio equipment make sure you double check their work. Instead of fixing the problem they just used duct tape and business cards to hold up my head unit in place…this isn’t the high standard that I expected.

Went in to get a portable external hard drive. While their inventory was very low with everything that’s going on, we found what we needed. We had multiple employees check on us to see if we needed assistance while looking at other items. Overall it was a positive experience and everyone we talked to was nice and helpful.
