This location never has anything ready or they’re always completely out of things. I went for a Mac and cheese bowl and they were out of macaroni. That’s the current promotion, you think they’d order enough.

Food was okay. Got two famous bowls and they forgot the corn. Took them forever to make the food and the chicken In the bowl was like the bare minimum chicken and all crispy ends

I think they buy boxes of baby chicks and butcher on the spot their pieces are so small we got three legs they were as dry as could be you can see the bone they were so dry the wings were the same way the breast had half the skin was missing it was just pretty doggone sad compared to what he used to be

Mistake coming here. Food was terrible. Front counter person was nice. Got our food wrong. Original instead of crispy. The quality of the food just bad. Bad. Looked and tasted bad. The smell of dirty greases filled the lobby. Just bad

We waited 20 minutes for chicken. And when we got it was cold. And they forgot half of our order. Then when we waited 15 more minutes when we got it the chicken was cooked in such a hurry the taste was different. Let's just say we were very disappointed in our visit.

First false advertising . Was told by the employee they don't carry what they advertise online in the store , so don't look for anything on their own website expecting them to have it at the window or you WILL pay more. Also ordered what was on the board and was missing half my chicken...STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION

Went to get dinner for my large family. They did not have enough chicken for 2, 16 piece. Even with and hour and a half before they close. They said the could not cook what we wanted because the had no cook on shift. I had to go somewhere else to get rest of my food.

We went to KFC north university on Wednesday May 11 and I got a chicken pot pie. We got home my mother went to eat it and it was so dried out, no juice. The meat and crust were tough. I tried for two days to call phone would ring for about 7 times and I get voice-mail.
