I purchased a 3piece Chicken meal 11/16/2022 about 4:30 pm. There was a piece of chicken the Leg, had a large black spot on the outside and I pulled it apart . And it was also a Black on the meat. As if this chicken was old are Disease. The 2 Thighs were not very Fresh. Employees need to understand if they see and a piece of Chicken is not look right. Don't sell it to a customer, just to get Rid of it. If you want Eat it. Don't Serve it. Parking: Good parking.

I used to enjoy their chicken pot pies a couple of times a year. Went about 2 months ago and they didn't have any. Went last week to order 2 of them, they only had one. So disappointed, but it turned out for the best. In the past the filling was full of big pieces of white meat, carrots and potatoes with a creamy gravy. The one I got this time had very little meat and the pieces were small. Lots of gravy, but few vegetables. I'm throwing the towel in on KFC. COSTCO carries Marie Calendar pot pies that are quite good. And I can always have one in my freezer!

They always close their lobby early, by as much as two hours, regardless of the fact they have signs all over the store saying the lobby is open until 10.

A lot of grease with a little bit of chicken mixed in. They don't get the grease hot enough before adding the chicken. I threw away 2 pieces from a 3 piece dinner.

I figured an hr after lunch everything should be nice and hot,no go...got a 3pc dark combo,Luke warm at best,mashed potatoes, no go...very disappointed also very hungry so I ate it which usually doesn't happen especially with me dining in,yep look at that leg in the box real good,I didn't even take a bite out of it yet that's how it came....

Terrible service no one taking orders. Locked and it was only 7:55pm.. and was told to go to the window after finding out doors was locked still didn’t get served. But all the workers in the lobby laughing and pointing. Second time coming and not getting service. And as a worker in the restaurant industry I think this is ultimately pathetic and you all need better people who actually wants to work.. hopefully from all the other bad reviews you consider getting a new staff.

Chicken and box soaked in grease. So much so it leaked everywhere and made the chicken slimy and inedible. This isn't the first problem I've had at this location. Never wasting my money here again.

Got a Crispy Colonel sandwich and these clowns just put two tenders on a bun. The extra crispy tenders seemed like they bought the chicken tenders from Costco.
