This is the best chicken joint hands down! The toast is buttered golden yellow and the fries are seasoned, and the chicken is the best part cooked perfect with recognizable spices and breading, and they already trimmed off all the stuff you don't want to eat!!Thank you Zaxbys

The wings were delicious...tender, hot and flavorful...even without any sauce although the teriyaki sauce is great!!! Service was fast, friendly and accurate ( which is rare at a drive-thru anywhere it seems ) I highly recommend Zaxby's....I know I'll be back.

Zaxby's is my favorite chicken place, it's sooo good. We were traveling in our winnebago when we stopped today and the staff was so nice and friendly. Love Zaxby's ❤️ Vegetarian options: I get one of zaxby's delicious salads with chicken on the side. My husband or kids generally fight over the extra chicken.

Food was ok. I've been a Zaxby's fan for years since I lived in Georgia. I have eaten at many different ones. This one seems to be hit or miss on quality and service. I consistently do not get the extra sauces I pay for. It happens every single time. If you don't double check, you will not get them. I ordered chicken fingers and two of them were about half size. I have stopped going to this location as frequently due to this. It is not a new issue either, it has been this way for years. Well before covid or any labor/supply chain issues. I tried it again today after several months and once again I was disappointed. Might be several more months before I try again. My parents have had similar experiences here.

Dry chicken, empty dining room at 11:30 on a Saturday. Good cole slaw warranting a bonus star. Fries are pedestrian. The best part is that they treat all of the orders as if they were takeout. They hope that you drive off without napkins because they were out of napkins, including for dining room guests, who were made to wait TWO STINKING MINUTES at the counter to find that out, while employees walk in and out the door shuttling takeout orders. Can't keep customers tidy and welcome? Then close. I can tell you what you can do with the excess plastic bags.

SLOW. SLOW. SLOW. Ordered just 3 chicken tenders, nothing else. Ordered at 11:12 am. Got order at 11:26. Fourteen minutes seems quite long for a fast food restaurant, and they weren't busy. Food is good. But, I have been there several times and almost always service has been slow.

I ordered with the app, and my food was ready pretty quickly when I arrived. The fry box wasn’t full and they were a bit soggy, but the flavor was good. The spicy chicken sandwich was excellent, I’d definitely order it again. It was a pretty empty place — I was the only customer in there for about half an hour at supper time. Strange.

This place is legit. Staff is always nice, the food is delicious, and they have always gotten my order right! Which is a rarity at most chicken joints. PRO TIP: Get the app!! I've had a couple occasions now where they throw a free full combo plate in the Rewards tab. I'm kind of mad I've passed this place so many times... I didn't know. But now I do, and so do you! Go get you some delicious 🐔 from Zaxby's today!

The chicken is here is tasty. The original Zach sauce and the fries are similar to Raising Cane’s. Every meal comes with a dipping sauce. They do have a large variety of spicy wing sauces that you can get your chicken cooked in. This location has two large TVs which is nice if there is something important on at the moment.
