DISHONEST! My wife got a wax pass from there as was told that it would be a one time charge. One month later they charged us over $135 again? They automatically enrolled my wife in a subscription based program without our consent. Do not let them lie to you. We asked for a refund and they refused and said there’s a $25 cancellation fee. Will be making a complaint to the BBB. We also asked for written proof of cancellation and they only sent a copy of the remainder of store credit we have. This isn’t a refund, and it’s not proof of cancellation. What is this company trying to pull?!

11/10 experience here today.I’ve been getting waxed for years now, but today I felt like the red carpet treatment was rolled out for me. Loved the atmosphere, front desk was fantastic, Danira, and my waxer, Brandi, provided me with a lot of useful information to help meet my skin care goals, that I was incorrect on! And a fantastic wax at that. Found my new girl! Definitely strutted out today!

European wax center requires a 24 hour notice for any change or cancelation in appointments otherwise you get a warning, but they can call you 4 hours before your appointment to let you know your appointment has been cancelled due to staff shortage. During my previous visit, I waited for an hour for the same reason - staff shortage, even though I had an appointment. The beauty technicians are friendly and professional, it's a shame that this location is not managed well.

Overall I had a pleasant experience I had Wendy as my waxer and she was amazing at making me feel comfortable !! Loved having her wax me. I thought it was a job well done until I came home and found on the crevice of my “V-Line” I was bleading due to my skin being pulled up ); I now have huge missing skin spots in a very sensitive area ): Service: Brazilian waxing

Went in for my very first wax here. I went with Monica based off the reviews here and a coworker, and I’m so glad I did! She was kind, informative, and quick! The front desk lady was also super nice and informative on everything there is to know. I definitely recommend and will be back!
