Jasmaine at this EWC is amazing! I don’t even live in Houston; I live in Miami and travel here often for work. I literally plan my waxes around my Houston trips because Jasmine is such a gem. She is so positive, pleasant, and professional, making her clients feel at ease. Her waxes are also quick (but by no means rushed) and painless. I travel 1,200 miles to see Jasmaine … so if you are lucky enough to live in Houston, book with her now! Service: Waxing

S. Voss location - Kierra is an amazing tech. She's kind and thoughtful. She makes the whole experience comfortable. However their front desk staff leaves much to be desired. Rude and obnoxious come to mind. I've switched locations because I just don't want to deal with that sort of energy when I self-care.

I’ve been visiting this location for a few months & let me just say I’m going to be so sad to moving away this month! Jasmine is a gem. She’s so sweet and does an amazing job with my Brazilian. Great ladies who work the front desk too. I recommend anyone who is thinking about getting their first time Brazilian, DO IT!

I attempted to do a Brazilian wax, but the pain was unbearable. It was my first time. I really wanted to finish, however they said that they only had 15 minutes to get the job done before another client came in, even though I was told they had openings all day. They told me it was either I do it in the 15 minutes or not finish, bc I was blocking other clients. I couldn’t handle the pain in that moment while multiple areas of wax was pulled, but maybe one area at a time over a 30 min span. You would think that someone getting something done so painful for their first time could atleast get some time to grasp the pain, or atleast sample one spot to see if it was bearable or not. So for me, I paid full price for a half shaved area. I do not recommend this place. Service: Brazilian waxing

The girls here are very professional, always make me feel comfortable, place is VERY CLEAN 👌🏻 and smells good, last minute appointments are not always available but they try hard on helping you out! 🏼😻

Amy is extremely rude & clearly has no customer service experience . The place itself was really nice but she was rude & just horrible. Never coming back because of her !!!! I didnt say anything the day of bc i dont like to make a fuss in public but she needs to be fired in my opinion.

I went to Sadee for an eyebrow wax and the only thing good about the service was the conversation. I asked for a shaping and she only cleaned them up and made one pointier then the other. Then when I asked her to fix it and shape them more . She just rounded the pointy one and did not shape them at all. This service was not worth $21 , I also did not know shape equates to clean up . Again conversation was good,however that’s not what I was paying for. Service: Waxing
