I’ve been visiting this location for a few months & let me just say I’m going to be so sad to moving away this month! Jasmine is a gem. She’s so sweet and does an amazing job with my Brazilian. Great ladies who work the front desk too. I recommend anyone who is thinking about getting their first time Brazilian, DO IT! ~Lindsey

DISHONEST! My wife got a wax pass from there as was told that it would be a one time charge. One month later they charged us over $135 again? They automatically enrolled my wife in a subscription based program without our consent. Do not let them lie to you. We asked for a refund and they refused and said there’s a $25 cancellation fee. Will be making a complaint to the BBB. We also asked for written proof of cancellation and they only sent a copy of the remainder of store credit we have. This isn’t a refund, and it’s not proof of cancellation. What is this company trying to pull?! ~Zachary
