I have to say that my experience today exceeded any expectations I had! Karina was my stylist and I absolutely, 1,000% recommend her! She is patient, very knowledgeable and above all, SO kind! It is currently 9:52 AM on Tuesday may 17th 2022. I asked the girl for a fade, and she said she doesn't do fades. At 1st I asked for a bald fade, and she said she doesn't do those. Then I asked if she does any fade at all and she said it wasn't her specialty. I conversated with her for about 5 minutes trying to get her to explain why she doesn't do fades. It's like 80% of all haircuts. She claimed that that's everybody else, but she does not do fades. There was another customer, and after hearing that he left. I don't normally write comments, but it's just flabbergasting to not do a basic fade in a haircut service facility ~Dennis

Since the pandemic, this business has taken a serious step backwards. They have always been a little over priced but the service used to be good. Now, the quality is terrible and service is worse. I’ve had my fingers cut twice with no apology. My daughter asked for French manicure with red tips and got not only an hombre but the sloppiest hombre ever. She asked them to fix it in the middle and the nail tech told her it looks good and kept going. I don’t know how you let a customer walk out the door with nails looking like that. They didn’t apologize and she tried to blame my kid. Terrible. She got them fixed at another place. This place is not worth the money, the hassle, and your time. I’ve been visiting this location for a few months & let me just say I’m going to be so sad to moving away this month! Jasmine is a gem. She’s so sweet and does an amazing job with my Brazilian. Great ladies who work the front desk too. I recommend anyone who is thinking about getting their first time Brazilian, DO IT! ~Lindsey

DISHONEST! My wife got a wax pass from there as was told that it would be a one time charge. One month later they charged us over $135 again? They automatically enrolled my wife in a subscription based program without our consent. Do not let them lie to you. We asked for a refund and they refused and said there’s a $25 cancellation fee. Will be making a complaint to the BBB. We also asked for written proof of cancellation and they only sent a copy of the remainder of store credit we have. This isn’t a refund, and it’s not proof of cancellation. What is this company trying to pull?! ~Zachary
