First let me state this is a review based on my point of view, as a husband of the person getting their haircut. My wife got their haircut done by Karina, and I’m thankful she got such a wonderful person as her stylist. My wife is indecisive at times, but Karina was super patient and talked about what may be best/ what ideas or preferences my wife may have about her hair. My wife is pregnant, Karina the entire time was so kind and kept making sure my wife was comfortable throughout, and checked up on her throughout. Her skills and personality are just 100/10, and my wife left smiling and with a great, healthy, new haircut! Thank you, Karina! Service: Haircut

I sent my three daughters who are 15, 11 and 8 here to get haircuts. They asked questions about the prices in advance and then got their haircuts. The manager then charged them double the amount quoted and was rude and condescending when my daughters asked questions. One haircut was also pretty poorly done as the shaving in the back of the head was uneven. I loved this place when I was growing up. So disappointed, we will never come here again!

Karina was such a great hairdresser! She was attentive to what I was looking for in a hair cut and style, asked detailed questions and provided recommendations for my hair type. She educated me on the different products she used and why they would benefit my hair type. She also gave me helpful tips to keep my hair healthy and strong in between visits. Cynthia is always the best at cutting my hair. The staff is amazing as well, and everyone there is very talented and can cut your hair to your desire. Customer service is very good as well, always attentive to customer's needs and ready to awnser questions when necessary. Well worth the money to have your haircut by their stylists.

Twice now - poor service and over priced. Told it was due to amount of chemical used. Spoke with corporate and salon. They called me back 4 days later and told me this happens and oh well. I sat there at VC for 4 hours and paid over 230.00 then went to work for a week with stains on my forehead and neck. Horrific experience and will never be returning.

I was never able to stick with one stylist because I couldn't find anyone who knew how to work with my hair. I have a lot of hair, but it is very fine, like baby hair. A family member recommended Maggie at Visible Changes. I started going to her about 12 years ago, so this review is way overdue! I've stayed with Maggie because she knows my hair. The interesting thing is it didn't take her any time to "know my hair". I feel she's had lots of experience with all hair types and jumped right in knowing how to handle my very fine hair. Sometimes she cuts it dry, sometimes she shampoos me first. It all depends on what she thinks my hair needs at that specific time. Maggie is also very good with suggestions on styling ideas and hair products. I never know what to do with my hair, so because I trust her so much, I let her do whatever and I am always beyond pleased! I have used lots of the VC products and I really like them. Finding products that work on my hair is also difficult since most weigh my hair down. The VC line does not weight my hair down and it all smells good too! As for the salon itself, it is conveniently located outside of Dillard’s near a large sitting area and other store I like. The parking for this nook of the mall is very close to the salon too. VC prices are a good value. I'm sure each stylist has their own pricing, but for my cut and style, I pay under $100 including tip. I highly recommend Maggie! A++++++++++++ I've had color done at VC, but I don't recall the girl's name. I remember I was pleased with the service. Took my baby her to get her hair colored for her quince. We left in such a hurry because we still had things to do that we forgot to get a picture. They did a wonderful job on her hair. We had great conversation with her stylist. I felt secure leaving her there and continue shopping the mall for her last minute quince items. I returned and she was educated about how to properly care for her hair to prevent damage as it was bleached and colored. She got her hair colored, trimmed, washed, blow dried, bought hair products, and a dryer brush all for $300. Not bad if you ask me. Best of all she’s already planning her return.

Karina was excellent! I was uneasy from a previous experience at another location and was so happy I found a new stylist. My hair is so easy to see lines and almost every stylist I have gone to has not texturized and she listened and did exactly as I wanted. She’s friendly and pays close attention to detail! Just had the most amazing experience with Myrna! She colored and highlighted my hair exactly how I wanted it! Also ask for Karina to cut and style your hair! Definitely recommend both of them! They are a great team! They have a client in me for life!
