This Great Clips is very unorganized and is not staffed accordingly. Upon entering the establishment, zero communication. I Had to leave and come back due to the extended wait. I really wonder how this location remains open for business. Service: Haircut

It is currently 9:52 AM on Tuesday may 17th 2022. I asked the girl for a fade, and she said she doesn't do fades. At 1st I asked for a bald fade, and she said she doesn't do those. Then I asked if she does any fade at all and she said it wasn't her specialty. I conversated with her for about 5 minutes trying to get her to explain why she doesn't do fades. It's like 80% of all haircuts. She claimed that that's everybody else, but she does not do fades. There was another customer, and after hearing that he left. I don't normally write comments, but it's just flabbergasting to not do a basic fade in a haircut service facility

Worst haircut experience in my life. I’ve gotten my haircut at this location for the last 2 days. Today, I was assigned to an Asian lady, I cannot remember her name. As she sits me down, she confirms the haircut “scissors all around” which I confirm. She proceeds to try to do the haircut with scissors but it’s obvious she has absolutely no clue what she is doing. She gives up, grabs the clippers and proceeds to just run it through my head. Told her to stop, she kept going and acted like she didn’t understand. She kept saying “No worries, it’s the same”. The outcome was horrible. She told me that scissors and clippers are the same. I ended up going to another location. The ladies there couldn’t stop laughing and couldn’t believe what they had done to my hair. I would encourage management or ownership to send this lady back to training or shadow her for a few haircuts. I will never be returning to this location. She should not be giving haircuts as she obviously has no idea what she’s doing. Service: Haircut

Worst experience ever! Lady in the front was rude! And the lady who cut my hair did a terrible job! Told her I just wanted the tips (so they won’t ruin my pixie cut) and she cut ALOT of it off, left me with a completely different style. Never going back again!

Worse haircut ever! Brought my daughter in for a trim and layers. The stylist had very poor skill I asked for texturising as she had very thick hair. This girl had so much hair falling out for days. This is the worst experience I've ever had for a simple haircut for my daughter! I will never return!!! Service: Hairstyling

I just walked in one weekday morning about 9:30 am, I could not get ln touch with my regular haircutter. I am a mostly bald 64 yr old guy, my hairstyling needs are modest ! Lenora from Detroit did a good job and I was satisfied . I would go back again to see her. The salon was clean and Lenora was professional. All I could ask for for a walk in appointment! I went into Great Clips for an easy, no fuss haircut. The ladies there are so funny and personable! As someone who’s had haircuts ranging from $25-$60, I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of my cut. When they rung me up, I could not believe that the haircut would only cost me $15. Definitely coming back for future haircuts and trims!

Did not cut properly and acted as if he did not want to cut my sons hair. After I mentioned some parts were longer gave me a bit of attitude saying he wasn’t done yet. We come out and I see long strands pictured below. Not only was there long strands he shaved one sideburn while the other is still there!! Won’t be coming here anymore! Do not have Erick cut your hair!
