I ordered my food through door dash and when I got it, there was so guacamole on my bowl even though I ordered some. There was also a short, gray hair that I found later. Will not be eating here ever again.

I just placed an order to be picked up. There was literally 3 pieces of chicken chicken. The rice was questionable and it was loaded with tomato salsa. It was basically a bowl of rice, sour cream and tomato salsa.. sprinkled with lettuce. It was trash. Literally thrown in the trash. This Chipotle is super inconsistent. But I ordered the same bowl for my daughter Friday night and she got the same thing. Must have been the same person who fixed the bowl… she Ended up throwing half the bowl away. What a waste twice in a row. Has Chipotle changed the chicken portion to 1/4 a spoonful? If you are picky or if you expect your order to be made correctly, probably go inside and watch them make it. Otherwise I don’t recommend Mobile Order or any sort. It only gets 3 stars because I Love Chipotle under normal circumstances. This is strictly a review of service.

I have a love/hate relationship with Chipotle Mexican Grill. I really like their flavors and for the most part I can just eat meat, dairy, and vegetables and feel okay about my diet. I have virtually given up on the app, we ordered frequently from it in the past, but so often received a bowl of sour cream soup because the people making the meals are just not very conscientious. So recently I started just going into the restaurant to place my order and watch them make my food. I like a lot of lettuce on my bowl and I swear it is the least expensive ingredient on the line, but it is like pulling teeth trying to get an employee to sprinkle more than, and I mean this quite literally, 10 pieces of lettuce on top of my bowl! I say either, "heavy lettuce", "lots of lettuce", or "as much lettuce as you can pack under that lid", and I get the same results, that is, having to ask again for MORE lettuce. It irritates me to no end and it doesn't seem to matter how many times I give any Chipotle restaurant a bad review somebody from the top must be hoarding lettuce!

Don’t typically come to this location but after today I will!! I was ordering and messed up my own bowl and the manager Ulysses let me restart it with no fuss. The lobby was sparkling clean and the service and atmosphere was so friendly!

Left a similar review recently at a different location. Unfortunately this must not be a one off issue… tough, chewy, and fatty pieces of steak. Not much protein was given either, which isn’t the worst thing in this case, less pieces I had to spit out. The customer service was also… strange. The man adding toppings seemed irritated with me that I didn’t just rattle off all my toppings at once. I usually say “corn”, then as they scoop the corn I say “and lettuce”… and so forth. He even made a circular motion with his hands and said “keep going, keep going, keep going” after he just started at me when I said my first topping. I was under the impression he didn’t hear me since he didn’t start to add anything, so I don’t get the attitude. Off putting though. I didn’t catch a name, but he was working 8/30 at 7pm. The berry agua Fresca was delicious as I remember so that was a positive!

Pros: (1) Fairly standard chipotle Cons: (1) Soap dispenser in bathroom didn’t work (2) They had no ice for drinks, and this is an ongoing issue due to the sign on the drink machine (meaning they could have implemented a temporary fix)

Good food, so what I usually expect from Chipotle. Clean environment in the lobby and behind the serving line. I also tried their chips and dip for the first time. I liked it and would order it again! Parking: Small amount of parking availability.

One of the worst pick-up orders I’ve ever had! Do not do pick-up from this location! Most of our order was messed-up and the portions sizes were half of what they normally are when you order at the restaurant. Our Queso was really spicy, my toddler’s chicken was too spicy, my burrito bowl was swimming in sour cream when I asked for them to go “light” on it, we asked for peppers and onions - there was one of each in one of our bowls, my husband was supposed to get his burrito double wrapped - it wasn’t…etc. Just absolutely careless and lazy!

Just dropped by to pick up lunch for my office and had 2 separate orders. Not sure if hte cashier was new or just incompetent but the screwed up ringing in the order after I told them 2 separate orders they rang it up as one. Made them refund one order and then they screwed up the second one as well.

Typically food here is awesome, but unfortunately last 2 times we’ve eaten here the guacamole has been brown and large whole pieces of avocado. Typically their guacamole is smooth and a nice green color. Hopeful that these times have just been flukes!
