Just went through the drive through at 11:48. Supposedly, this location is open till 12. The car in front of us ordered and then when we pull up (immediately behind them) athey shut down the drive through. My oldest daughter then tells me that it happens often late at night and if you come through and they don’t want to help you, they actually yell - or are rude to you - over the speaker. Post your hours so everyone knows and then stick to them. Then there is no confusion and no one is disappointed. Beyond that, use common sense.

Horrible doesn't even begin to describe the experience I had here. The manager was completely rude and off the rails in regards to how she treats people in the Drive-Thru and inside for customer service. Will never be going back to this place it totally sucks! Food : 1/5 | Service : 1/5 | Atmosphere : 1/5 … More

When you go to Taco Bell you don’t think friendliness, you don’t think quality, you don’t think fast even…the one thing you want from your Taco Bell experience is taco sauce; that’s a fact. I ordered; the cashier said nothing to me and threw the bag in my face; I left to find of course no sauce. Do better.

Whoever manages this Taco Bell needs to be fired, hands down the worst Taco Bell in all of JOCO, the lobby goes from closed one day to open the next and when you have a trailer with you, you can’t fit in their drive thru. Pay people a livable wage and maybe you can fully operate your restaurant

Usually very efficient. I appreciate them getting you through the drive thru so quickly.

Worst Taco Bell in Overland Park! 4 Teenage boys goofing off on night shift, pushing each other around & vaping. I waited in line 40+ minutes, with other cars sitting in line behind me. They waited until closing time to inform everyone they weren’t getting their food.

Pros: 1) Taco Bell 2) Modern building design and seems fairly clean 3) Quesalupas are well prepared here 4) There’s not just a glob of sour cream in the middle like you get from some Taco Bell’s sometimes Cons: 1) The counter where you order seems slightly small or at least oddly set up. 2) Something did feel a bit inconsistent with the quantity of ingredients per taco

Gave the Nacho Fries a try. It was a pretty decent fry. Similar to a McDonald's fry, soft on the inside, crispy on the outside but a little bit thicker. Not quite as good as a McDonald's fry but close. They are heavily seasoned with a spicy blend and I liked the flavor. Served with a side of their regular nacho cheese that they have sold for years. Overall, I liked them. I did run out of the cheese before the fries were finished. So, if I order these again I'll be asking for an extra cheese.
