Good selection but really poor service. Had to go in three times for a pick-up order and was told to come back at 4 to pick up our helium balloons, showed up at 5 and they weren't done. Had to call and ask what gives as wife went to pick it up, no apologies or acknowledgment but just pure rudeness during service. Her response was that those people who were have gone home so that's that. I would not shop here going forward and find another spot or just do Amazon. Corporate should take notice of this poorly run shop. Thanks

Great balloon selection (latex, mylar, packages, mix-n-match singles, holidays, characters, and various structures). Kind and patient staff walked me through all the options for best value. If you're getting last-minute helium-filled balloons, you might want to prepare for a wait since they seemed to have an abundance of walk-in and online orders, but I was happy to browse the store in the meantime. Good for year-round celebrations, and at the time I visited, this store was very well stocked for Halloween, plus some Chiefs decor.

It is a very small store, there isn't a costume wall, it's super far... Basically it's more like a Decoration Party City for throwing Parties not for dressing up on Halloween... But it was super Clean Thou...

I needed a grass skirt for a Hawaiian party and they had everything I needed and at a great price. Staff was also fun and engaging. This is the party store for all your needs.

I haven’t been in party city for a while. Went in there for some balloons for an event and the people were extremely nice, the balloons are very fair priced. And the customer service was good as well. Definitely recommend this Party city

All the people that have posted good reviews must work there! Horrible horrible store and the worst customer service! Do not go there if you are looking for an easy party pick up or a fun event. I thought I was making a good choice and ordering ahead to have it ready. They filled my balloons TWO DAYS ahead of my event! On the day of I went to pick them up and went to the wrong store! I called them and let them know and they refused to do anything because "they were already blown up!" First of all the balloons won't last that long. Secondly I know I went to the wrong store but it's not like I was buying balloons at another store! I would have been ok if they even refunded half the price because of the used helium. I was stressed out, didn't have time to go to another store before the party and they were SO rude! The Party City I ended up at even told me how that wasn't acceptable and bent over backwards to help me. If you want a good experience go anywhere but there! To add insult, I got an email this morning that I was charged again for the purchase I didn't pick up!

We went today to get balloons for my 3 year old’s birthday. At the checkout, I was informed there was no way the balloons could be filled this weekend and the cashier told me they get busy with graduations and that I could purchase my own helium tank. Are balloons the end of the world, absolutely not, but I would have appreciated a sign on the door informing me of this. It would have saved me an uncomfortable situation at the checkout counter. I was provided a solution that was unhelpful because you pay for the balloon that includes the price as if it was filled with helium. There’s no discount for balloons not filled. A lesson learned, order ahead.
