Super convenient, in and out in just 30 minutes. Best way to finish a stressful day is hitting 9Round, punching the bags 🥊 Been going for close to 4 years and always a great workout, challenging, intense, and fun. Good for all fitness levels. Trainers are friendly and helpful, explaining every exercise and keeping an eye on your form, while motivating and encouraging you. Workout always changes and keeps you coming back for more!

Lack of professionalism and terrible response time. Cancelled my service 3+ weeks ago, yet the charges keep accruing on my credit card, no response from the Company...will have to deal with your bank / credit card company rather than them. Avoid if you don't want to deal with headaches.

Worst franchise owners ever, DO NOT SIGN UP HERE. They will keep tacking on fees when you try to cancel and even when you accept to pay those, next month you will be charged again. Amy is a nightmare to deal with. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT. I repeat. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR 9ROUND. My husband loved this place. Loved the flexibility of being able to come in and work out whenever he wanted. He then tore his ACL and needed surgery. We reached out to put his account on hold while he recovered and then restarting service and payment (per the contract) when he was able to work out again. Couldn't arrange this at the location. We needed to talk to the owner. We called and called. No one ever called us back-always referred us to the owner who never returned our calls. We emailed asking for someone to talk to us; we provided the surgery records. Nothing. 9Round kept charging us. This went on for weeks and weeks. Had to involve the credit card company. Still continued to get charged. We were done with 9Round. We no longer wanted to go back. After fighting through this for months someone FINALLY reaches out to say that the account was frozen per our wishes, but we were still charged. And that we need to pay over $500 to buy out his contract. The whole thing is insane. All we wanted was for his membership to be put on hold for the 6-9 months it took him to recover from surgery. We wanted to keep going. He would have likely continued renewing his contract. This whole thing was just such poor customer service and scam tactics. Do not sign a contract to join. God forbid if anything sort of permanent disability or death happens to you, you cannot get out of the contract.

Amy did an amazing job helping me process my payment, extremely helpful and kind. I had issues at first but she was quick to resolve any concerns I had. I definitely recommend joining 9 rounds (The Heights), the team is one of a kind.

Honestly its not worth the money. Even if you try the month to month its not worth it. I tried to cancel my membership and called several numbers all of which are like cell phones that doesn't get answered. When I did explain to someone about me not being aware that my card was already being charged she told me that's besides the point! Then said I'm getting an attitude with her! Ridiculous. The amount of money I paid, I found a personal one on one trainer for less than their expensive price.

Started great and most trainers were good and engaging, so I enjoyed going. Then I injured my shoulder and had to freeze my account. They charged me $26+ for freezing the account, which I found odd but I figured it would be for only a couple months, so I didn't mind because I wanted to go back. Then I found out that my rehab will be significantly longer due to a toren muscle so I had to cancel. That's when the owner decided to charge me a full months fee ($100+) knowing that I had to cancel due to injury. I called and spoke to a very rude woman who clearly cares more about the contract aka the money rather than the customer. She even had to audacity to say "there's always a few of you that do this..." Hmmm wonder what she meant by that.... Nonetheless, she offered a voucher for the greedy amount they charged me which I would be surprised if I actually receive it. Had all intentions of going back once healed will definitely not. They kept my $100 but lost a lot more in the long-term...

This company is owned by professionally very poor skilled people. For the money you pay, you get a very rude customer service. If you’re considering to sign up to this gym, think twice as you can sign up to the luxurious and professional gyms around Houston like Life Time for almost the same amount of $$. I had a terrible experience here. Do not recommend it! I wish I had seen the reviews before how they use the membership payments all the way they can to rip you off even though you don’t show up to the gym anymore. Pete and Amy were horrifying to deal with and I have to call my credit card company as I don’t trust these people for not charging my card anymore.

I have been going here for over 6 months and loved it! I have gotten in great shape. The trainers are great about pushing you and learning if you like to be pushed. Cancelation was so easy. Once my contract of 6 months is up it auto renews month to month and all you have to do is put in a 30 day notice. You still get access to the gym the whole time!

While the workout itself was quick, fun and effective, the FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT of this franchise is horrid! I signed up and paid in advance for a 6 month membership in January 2020. I injured myself and couldn't workout. The club was then closed during the lockdown. I ended up paying for 6 months without using the service more than a handful of times. When called multiple times by Ayesha to update my credit card in June of 2020, I explained the situation and why I did not want to renew. She told me she would give me July - November free if I changed my credit card and agreed to pay the last month of the year. She took my credit card over the phone, and never sent me a new contract or email notice of our agreement. Months later when I noticed I had been charged for 5 months, Ayesha told me that it was my fault and refused to reimburse me for the months she agreed to credit me. I called the owner of the franchise Pete multiple times and never got a resolution. I cancelled my membership after trying to get ahold of them for weeks in December. The most recent "resolution" Ayesha could propose was for me to pay for ANOTHER MONTH so that I could get 4 months free. AFTER I PAID FOR 4 months that were supposed to be free. In total I paid over $1300 to this establishment for less than half a year of use. Ayesha is rude, abusive, and a scam artist. Pete is polite, friendly but must be on top of the financial management of his clubs.
