Best gym in Houston, Texas (TX) 2024

I'm going into my 4th week of going to this place for bootcamp, workouts are short but they are high intensity, workouts are well planned and I have started to see results. I feel more energetic, able to sleep better and have lost weight....Highly recommended, I was having trouble taking weight off and getting myself motivated, the boot camp has helped me to finally move on with my goals ~lourdes

Been Member since 2018! Been on/off for several times and i have been dealing with different teams from coaches, managers and hosts. No issues reported overall! Otherwise everyone is friendly and professional. Im back this time strong and motivated so bad! Shoutout to the greatest and the best coach Chukwudi who’s unfortunately leaving us for another studio wishing him a good luck👊🏽. Coach Leah is amazing! She pays attention to the details and listen to your concerns and follow up always to push you for better performance. Coaches Shelbi, Bryce and Devin are great vibes if you’re looking for the best group one hour full body workout in town. ~Anouar

Super convenient, in and out in just 30 minutes. Best way to finish a stressful day is hitting 9Round, punching the bags 🥊 Been going for close to 4 years and always a great workout, challenging, intense, and fun. Good for all fitness levels. Trainers are friendly and helpful, explaining every exercise and keeping an eye on your form, while motivating and encouraging you. Workout always changes and keeps you coming back for more! ~Gabriel

Best place ever! The community here was so welcoming, all the coaches know your name and are so helpful and knowledgeable. It is so refreshing to see all shapes, sizes and abilities in one class, it makes me feel so motivated and supported.
