Tonight we stopped in for dinner. Was out front ordering food and the wife asked to use the restroom. She was told they are not open to the public.... we were not public, we were customers. If they don't support customers I do not feel obligated to support them. Canceled order and went to a place that does support their customers.

Well I quit going to the other sonic, because they kept messing up our orders on a regular basis. Now I'm done with this one. Waited in line this morning, placed my order, then continued on. One car is ahead of me at the window, and two behind me. The car ahead of me pulls out, I'm start to roll forward and a car whips in front of me missing my truck by inches. I sat there while my breakfast is getting cold sitting in a bag next to my drinks for almost eight minutes. When I got to the window, asked what that was about, she told me, they are door dash, they can do that. So it's OK to almost hit a patron drivingwreck less, and everyone else is put on hold..... Sorry, I will take my buissness elsewhere from now on.

asked for a cherry dr pepper and didn’t get ANY cherry flavor. 3rd time this has happened in ONE WEEK. disappointing. cold food. disgusting.

Love the Sonic and there app as well... food is always hot, tasty and the people that work there are friendly and helpful. And the price is not to bad.

Carhop brought our food out very fast, literally ran. They had forgotten to give us maranara sauce, but they brought it right out as soon as we asked. Food was good, as usual. Best sonic around in my opinion.

Recently i visited the Sonic Drive thru for a small fry before work. What I recieved for $2.08 was a small bag of EIGHT (half sized) Fries !! I informed the young man, who told me he'd do a re-make and I could keep the 8 fries. I was satisfied with that and appreciative. Until a dark haired girl came with my fries. She asked me if my 8 fries were too hot ! I told her know and explained what happened. She gave me my fries and told me to give her back the 8 fries !! UNREAL !! this girl lacks in customer service for sure. I think she may have been a Supervisor. Kudos to the young man !! 1 stars for the mean girls attitude.

Ok im not saying that sonic itself is bad but I ordered mozzarella sticks and they gave me no marinara sauce. I dont know if they just dont give out sauces or you have to ask but who doesnt just give out marinara sauce with your mozzarella sticks. It seems that everytime i go there they always forget something

😜🤪 no way to tip the employees using a debit card. I felt so bad for not having at least one dollar me. The still kind beautiful person taking my order ( Natacha ) Camp Leavenworth Sonic. So kind and pleasant...... i asked if they get free or discount food?? ( Natacha said dont worrie about the tip just have a good day ma'am. No worries. ) What a beautiful lady ❤❤ So i told her to order her some food and add it to my card.👍✌ Kindness, pass it on 👍✌🙏🇺🇸

Overall the food was friendly, fresh, fast and tasty. They did forget some toppings on my dog, but I was starving so it didn’t really matter. I’d go back. Using the app is so convenient and dangerous.

I know it is Sonic. Fast food to me is generally a 3.5 star tops. Mainly because well prepackaged precooked (there are exceptions) but yesterday for whatever reason the burger I got tasted so much better than what I am used too. This Sonic I visit routinely as it is on my way home. Not sure if they got a new distribution center, they changed their meat to fat content, or higher quality beef but it hit the spot. The lettuce and tomatoes where fresh too. Hope this was not a one and done for this location.
