I feel bad for the guys in the food truck but my wife and my mom both like the chicken. I like the Spanish rice and the sauce was very spicy. They were very busy when I was there around 4-5pm. It was HOT!

I have eaten here since it first opened but as of late it has really went downhill as far as fresh chicken and flavor. I even tried going different times of the day and the chicken is still old and dry. The beans have never been the greatest but today they were undercooked and to top the entire experience off the green salsa was SALTY. The salsa was inedible which I was depending on to combat the dryness of the chicken because I didn't want to just throw it all away and I could not take it back as I had spent my break going to get it. I don't know what happened to the original cook however something needs to change or this truck may start losing business.

Absolutely terrific. Usually we travel all the way to Kansas City KS for good grilled Mexican chicken but this place is just as good. Good portions.

I have to admit. I am addicted. Originally stopped some months back because I thought it was a taco/burrito truck. By the time I realized it wasn't I was drawn in by the smell of the whole chickens being roasted on the side. I ordered the half chicken meal that comes with rice, charro beans, a roasted pepper, tortillas and salsa. I added a whole grilled onion and 6 green sauces and now I'm hooked! Eat there once per week. Today was the day! LOL.

This is the best mexican food I have found around the kansas city area. I like the American mexican food, but this is so much better. I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Delicious!! I got the carne asada and whole chicken, I wish I would've taken a picture of the rice and beans before I ate those. I'm normally pretty particular about my rice and beans and these were amazing. Love it. Will be back. AND they deliver to my job!! 😍😍 Don't let the fact that this is a food truck deter you - fast friendly service. It was super cold out and they were nice enough to bring to my car.
