We've been using Hy-Vee's pharmacy since they were on 135th and they know my wife and I by name. The staff is always fantastic, polite, cheerful and very helpful. The pharmacy app works pretty well, I get texts when my medication is ready to pickup. I couldn't ask for more!

This pharmacy is a great location with a great staff. I’ve continuously had positive experiences here and the prices are unbeatable with GoodRX. The lines can definitely get long, but the staff works hard to keep things running smoothly.

Staff is always amazing and caring! The pharmacists are excellent and very helpful and always go above and beyond to help me or any of my family members out. Yes the pharmacy is busy but the staff works hard and are doing their best despite the pandemic. It's sad to see people complain they have to wait in line to pick up or wait in line at the drive-thru-this healthcare, not fast-food!! You probably wait longer at your doctor's office than you do at the pharmacy and would never complain there. All over, the staff here are very genuine and very kind! I wouldn't go anywhere else.

They are always great for me, I’ve never had a problem that I didn’t cause. Waiting too long to call, calling ahead to make sure it’s ready, making sure you DO have refills left, these steps go a long way in taking responsibility for a good experience with a very kind and helpful staff.

Very inconsistent in when they will tell you your perception is ready. Been with them 20+ yrs, but the last year has been the worst. Changing to a different location. Use to be awesome, really gone down hill!!

Although the staff is friendly, nothing else about this pharmacy is easy. Everytime I try to pick up a script, I stand in line for 5-15 mins. Often times, they don't have enough of the common med to fill my scripts so I have to come back again....and wait another 5 - 15 mins. The drive through is not any quicker. Also, even though a refill was called in 3-4 days prior, they often don't have the script ready. (Add another 30 minutes to my trip...or I can come back.) We will be switching back to the 135th street HyVee where they are friendly, stocked, efficient and quick. Terrible repeated experiences at this 151st and Blackbob pharmacy!!

Went to store. Took great care in selecting food. Went to checkout and the person handling my food is sick. Coughs all over my food, doesn't cover her mouth and is obviously ill. I complained. They did nothing. I approached management and told them my problem and they walked away from me. These are people who are supposed to care about delivering a good clean product. All of my produce will need to be thrown away because i cant risk another illness due to this intentional reckless conduct. So if you want to pay high prices and get sick from sick food handlers, by all means visit this disgusting store with people who dont give a witt about your health. I could not believe this was allowed to occur. A grocer who allows obviously ill people to handle food. Unbelievable!!!! As I left, the checker was still there coughing on people's food.

Transferring to this pharmacy was a BIG MISTAKE. Its so close to my house I keep trying it hoping they'll get their act together but it I have a problem every month. Despite filling with them for nearly a year they still haven't planned for my script so I have to pick up a few pills then wait for the rest of the script to come in because they never have enough. My son take half a pill but they wont split the pill in half. They held my sons ADHD prescription for nearly a week because the pharmacist claimed the verbiage "Take 1/2 in the morning, 1/2 in the afternoon, and 1/2 in the afternoon again" was unclear (he takes it at 8:30, 12, and 3). They often fail to get my orders ready by the time agreed. Our family takes about ten medications and for the life of me I can't understand why I continue to use them. I think part of it is for all the hassle it is working with them its equal hassle to move the scripts again. Anyway, save yourself the hassle just use Walgreen's across the street.

Been filing my monthly scripts here since 2015, everyone here is very respectful and so very nice, and often they fill my scripts when I bring them in 30 minutes or less, what more could you ask for really..All the girls working there are always so very friendly and nice.
