WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED! We ordered a curbside pickup order of 6 burgers. The curbside worker repeated back to us PERFECTLY. When we came to pick it up we were missing a burger, the ground pounder we order was missing a patty, and the jr cajun bbq burger was rang in as a regular ground patty jr. The curbside worker was so nice and as I had worked there before I understood mishaps happening sometimes. Then the manager came out and didn’t seem to listen to anything we were saying. Didn't offer a discount or anything for our trouble and didn’t seem to listen to anything we were saying. He gave us an extra burger patty for the ground pounder but the extra patty was well done and not medium well. When we got the burger that we were missing it was completely wrong. The missing burger was SUPPOSED to be a ground pati junior plain with american cheese and grilled onions. They gave us a ground pati jr that was fully dressed, no grilled onions, and no cheese when they charged us for cheese. We called to ask what happened and just to get any compensation at all and the manager started ARGUING WITH US and blaming the new workers and not taking any responsibility ??? Sir, you are IN CHARGE of this restaurant. It is YOUR responsibility to make sure everything runs smoothly and stuff like this doesn't happen! At least COMPENSATE your customers when things go horribly wrong??? Not to mention I worked there up until 3 months ago, old management would have NEVER let this slide. Take responsibility for how your restaurant runs or get out.

I was hoping for a fresh ground beef patti, but unfortunately it was a frozen patti. Sweet Potato Fries were good & Service was great

We visited in early April. We were looking for a place close to our Airbnb without going into the city. We really enjoyed it. The burgers and ribs were good. It was our kind of place, not a big chain restaurant, neat concept.

Excellent staff and atmosphere, they really do a nice job to make you feel great in this place, my first time there even that I had visited Houma many times, I had the Ground Pat’i burger and it was delicious, the meat very well cooked and taste it, the price is very affordable and they offers a variety of selections in the menu.

I was very disappointed with the quality and quantity of my meal today. I do order takeout regularly in past couple times was very disappointed then tried again because I love curbside.well it looks like back to bad takeout quality. I do not feel I got $12.50 worth here I do eat this Santa fe salad regularly both in the restaurant and takeout and it was sorely lacking. I could probably count the corn and black beans that's how little they had the tortilla strips were very stale I think I have 4 small pieces of chicken and second picture shows how little I actually have once I started looking for corn and beans. Too many restaurants view takeout as oh they cant send it back like n person so it doesnt matter if we do a poor job. Note to those we dont come back and we tell people!
