It Waffle house right. But not Waffle Houses are created equally. They're supposed to be but the staff makes the difference. This one has been pretty good staff wise. Sometimes it's a miss when there's turnover. But generally it's been pretty ok.

Cheap and delicious but no hot cocoa. Love there gravy and biscuits but the one in the morning doesn't cook it as good as the one at night. Still love the 24/7 munchies.

The girl watched me and my sister sit there for 30 minutes never took our order. One of the employees finally asked us if our order was taken and I said no. She finally took our order and had a nasty attitude then had the nerve to ask for a tip . Then we had to wait a hour just to get the food and she still didn’t give us all our food. I had to go back and ask and she want to argue with me about what I order . I always had a good experience with that place be after that I will never go back.

Staff rude and unorganized. They were rude to other customers after me and my husband came in as if they were upset that people came in. The attitudes were just horrible and the food could have been better. The cook was out loud saying that the other worker needed to lock the door or start turning people away as if the customers aren't how you get paid. Some people were waiting an extremely long time to even get thier order taken. This is not acceptable and corporate may want to write up every employee who worked the night shift on 2.25.22 & 2.26.22.

The people were rude. They were arguing with each other and were very loud. Place is dirty. A couple came in and set down. They were greeted with, you cant set there this section is closed. That couple got up and left. Ill never go back.

While waiting to be served, I witnessed an argument between the manager and server. The server refused to remove her head piece when asked by the manager. The server proceeded to use vulgar language and refused to leave when the manager clocked her out. The entire situation was handled unprofessionally.

They are scammers!!!! They scammed my card by including they own tip of 20 dollars!!! I did not approve! Highly recommend not to go!!! I just came back from college and I was not expecting for this to happen to me! First night I went I tip because I had money to and if I enjoy my service then I would reward. I am a working student myself. I know how life stability can go. The second time I went it was for to go that’s first, so no work was fully commented I was only in there for 3 minutes. and second I didn’t have enough to include a tip. So for someone to do that, and now have my bank negative is a problem! Nobody till you to work we’re u choose! That was your choice. You signed that work contract on your own. So if something doesn’t happen your way then that’s on you!! Not everybody in the world is generous, you don’t know what somebody can be going through!! So if you choose to work off tips you dumb and that’s on you!!!!

The waitress threw our plates on the counter. Wasn't friendly and ignored me when I asked for a to go cup so I asked another lady who wasn't our waitress and she got it right away so she got the $5 tip instead of my waitress.
