This place used to do a good job but now I get the wrong order the wrong size. Very frustrating. All I can say is ask for your receipt and check your bag before you leave the parking lot.

Love the food; I feel like this particular Wendy's makes a mean fry. It does take a while to get through the drive-in line pretty consistently, though, so maybe not when you're in a huge rush.

Terrible customer service took forever for them to get my order, they have 2 lanes in the drive thru and the let 5 cars go through the first order place, THEN, they took my order. then 2 people cut in front of me. This place deserves 0 stars. Please do not waste your money here.

I understand when things get messed up or ran out of something but I called to talk to the manager about my fiancé burger was messing the crispy onion and she didn’t seem to care nor try to offer to remake another day all she said was we ran out of it. Like I said I understand when things run out but u need to tell your customers when they order a item that something is out so they don’t buy that burger so they can pick something else out or have the choice if they still want to order that burger it was not professional or polite to tell me at the last minute when I call about the food that was given to me and not to at least offer to get my money back or get something else or give me that choice to say it’s okay didn’t offer to remake it another day when they do have the product won’t be going back sorry

I've just always had good luck with this particular Wendy's. Fries and burgers are always hot and my order never gets screwed up at this location

I love love Wendy's! The people there are super nice and the food is even better! You can have special requests for the food and they make sure to change their gloves if you have an allergy!

It’s Wendy’s, not much else to say about it. I just wish they’d bring back sandwiches that have flavor like the pretzel bacon pub. The new hot honey tasted like vomit, I can make a better hot honey sauce at home. You can taste how cheap the honey is that was used, not worth the price for sure.

We always stop at Wendys when we travel. This one is one of the best. Very clean, staff friendly and pleasant. And most importantly, everything was very tasty. The potatoes are hot and crispy. Hamburger seven stars out of five.)

Wendy's in Rigby is a great place to stop on the way from Idaho falls to Rexburg.
