I ordered a personal pan pizza which I absolutely love and they didnt disappoint! The pizza was made right ! It was hot and fresh when I picked it up ! Staff is friendly!

Maybe it's just me but it seems pizza hut has changed the quality of the products on their menu. Hadn't been since before the pandemic and stopped in for my old favorite meatlovers pizza and breadsticks. I was terribly underwhelmed with everything, the sauce provided with the breadsticks was the consistency of water. The pizza was cooked perfectly but the taste was just off like they replaced all the ingredients with knockoff bargain brands, it was nothing like I remember and barely had enough cheese to partially cover some of the ingredients. I never thought I would say this but Domino's pizza and other menus items beat this place by a mile, don't think I will return to pizza hut, kinda sad it used to be my favorite. On top of the food issues they had one waitress running her tail off taking care or the 9 or 10 tables, needless to say when she dropped off the food she didn't return once to check on the food or if we needed refills or anything else till she dropped the check off for us to pay, it was a very disappointing visit. The only good part of the visit was me realizing how much better Domino's is in every measurable way.

Amazing people amazing pizza. If u don't like the service u received and think you can do better, When u call they literally say hiring for all positions, get in there and put in your app. If u don't like something and u are respectful they'll fix it. We are all humans we make mistakes!

Wrong price on advertised special, dirty table, snotty waitress, bill over charged, pizza was under cooked waitress reply was " sorry about that". Worst pizza place in town! Won't be back, do NOT recommend!

The last time we were there they didn’t wear gloves when prepping food. It was winter so the cook had on a hoodie and failed to push up sleeves so the ends were touching food. Long hair wasn’t tied up or netted. Salad bar ran out during dinner rush and was told they wouldnt be restocking it. We haven’t been back since.

The service was prompt and friendly, the food was excellent as always (Pizza Hut typically has the pizza, wings and breadsticks I enjoy the most) and the price was great. I ordered on the app, which made it super easy and they had it ready in good time. Just a fantastic experience during these uncertain food service times.

The crust was tough and bland. Taste like frozen pizza crust on top of being undercooked even though I specifically requested it be cooked well done. The wings were swimming in sauce. Was like I was drinking it when I took a bite. No one was satisfied nor did we finish eating. Basically gross. What a waste of $50. I requested curbside because my daughter was asleep in the car and though I checked in on the app and there was an employee who had just say down at a booth and saw me waiting. No one came out. I went in and that same employee was the one who waited on me so she wasn't on a break, just ignoring my curbside request. Don't offer it if you aren't going to do it. I won't go back here. I'd rather drive to Marion if I care to have Pizza Hut again.

The pizza had a really weird taste to it. Only ate half a piece and thru the entire pizza away. I ordered bone in wings and got boneless and there was so much sauce you had to wipe it off and the marinating sauce for cheese sticks was cold.. I wasted 42 dollars

My friend and I are traveling by motorcycle from Charleston, SC to Sturgis, SD. We arrived at Pizza Hut hot, tired and hungry. We were met with a nice smile and pleasant greeting while being seated. Service was quick and frequently returning for refills.
