Had a bit of a problem with the 40 Percent off but the Manager took care of it, to my satisfaction. They might train their employees a bit better before they go on the register.

Over all it's a nice place. It has good quality art supplies and diy kits, but the down side is that it's pricey, though we went on black friday and they had amazing deals! Go on black Friday, and there are great deals.

Today I unpacked a Christmas tree I purchased a month or so ago. I was looking forward to putting it up. It was beyond inferior quality. Everything fell off with just my attempting to get it out of the box. The “snow” fell off, the berries fell off, tiny clear crystals fell off. It was a MESS! The branches wouldn’t bend to try to shape it. I gave up. It’s 4 1/2ft tall, pre-lit. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Unfortunately I don’t have the receipt. It’s going in the dumpster. Zero stars.

Nice store but didn't have my yarn. When I put in the yarn maker and color Google sent me to Hobby Lobby. Waste of time. However, people are always very nice.

They are cheating on their customers. On Friday I bought five golden boxes. They didn’t fit so I decided to return them. I came on Monday with original receipt and even a bag, but didn’t receive my money back. The price on the receipt for the box was 4.99, but the price on box - 4.49. They said it is not the same item! They cheated on Friday and overcharged me one dollar. And other day, they didn’t accept my return. They can take my money, but they can return their credibility.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. We love Hobby Lobby. It's an awesome place to find all sorts of things to decorate your home, decorate for a party, or to meet your hobby needs. I love super hero stuff, and they have tons of cool items to add to your home.

Always a great place to find unique items. I found some excellent LED candles this week. And, they were half off. Hobby Lobby is usually my first stop for decor or silk flowers. Best Christmas wrapping paper.
