My favorite Chicago Pizza. Still the best. We always order 1/2 baked and uncut for delivery. Finishing up baking in our own oven after delivery is the way to go

Thin crust pizza was so over baked that it was uneatable and hard as a rock. They took half an hour to prepare it. That dough is not made for pizza, it's for biscuits. If this is how pizza is made at all locations of this franchise, then I would not recommend it. 2 stars because staff was very kind and friendly.

First time trying Chicago deep dish pizza, spinach and cheeses, delivery, it was ok. I don’t have high expectation, but I have better pizza. It tasted plain, more tomato, and crust was ok.

Their deep dish sausage pizza is really good when cooked or baked properly. I have to ask for it to be well done a lot of times. I don't like having to come home and place my pizza in the oven and lately it's been this way. Overall when cooked right it can be the best pizza you will ever eat especially in Chicago.

The food was fifteen minutes later than promised. If I was dining in and ordered when I sat down, that's fine, but when I pre-order in the age of covid, I would think they wouldn't need me to stand around for almost half the time they say it takes to cook the pizza (about 30 minutes start to finish). With it scheduled, they should be able to manage the workload better...that is the only reason this location didn't get five stars.

The first time I had the Lou with sausage was about a month ago. Would've given it 5 stars cuz it was excellent, but ordered it again recently and it was not as flavorful and the crust was a bit soggy. So I averaged the 5 with this past experience's 3 and gave it a 4

This place has very poor customer service, I placed an order online for a deep dish pizza and called 5 minutes later to make a request I did not have the option online for. Since the pizza was in the oven already they refunded my money and I had to place another order but my refund would take 3 to 5 business days to make it to my back in my account. What if I didn't have the money in my account to place another order? Gas prices are through the roof and everything has gotten expensive. The money I had I'm my account is set aside for other bills I could not place another order.

Service at other Lou Malnati's have been impeccable. But for this particular location, food preparation has deteriorated. For a pizza place they should have added the small round plastic pizza saver in the middle of the pizza. This one small detail was missed, so I ended up with a thin crust pizza that looked like a soggy piece of cardboard with toppings. I had to scrape off the cheese that stuck on the box. This is not something I expected for a $40 pizza. I am not ordering from this location again. 😒

I can’t believe they let this pizza out the door. Cheese pizza with a black layer, yuck! Dry and burnt. Left a direct feedback first and never heard back. We’ve ordered from Lous a few times in the past and this came as a shock!!
