Wow!!! I’m shocked over the reviews. I’ve been going there for over 20 years and they are always kind to me and my family. They are excellent mechanics and I really appreciate them for taking care of my car all the time. I always take my car there for repairs and they are amazing. They are very professional and kind. I really appreciate Tom the owner and he’s staff. I always get my gas there too and when I have a problem with the pump they come out and look and fix for me. The attendants there have always been kind to me. I really recommend that you go there for gas and car repairs. Like I mentioned before, Tom is great! He has taken care of my parents van too and they fix the cars and you never go back for the same problem. I just can’t tell you all of my good experiences here. Thank you Tom and crew!!!😊😊😊

The Short Guy That Was At The Cashier Window was Very Rude,Over Talk Customers, Didn’t Want Me To Use My Shell Reward Card He Stated That Its Dated And People Don’t Use Them Anymore, If I Didn’t Really Need Gas Like ASAP I Would’ve Definitely Went Some Where Else!!!! I’ve Also Heard Years Ago That They Were Bias To Different Races I Definitely Seen It That Day , The Short Guy Proved It !!

Cashier was very rude and had poor customer service. Hopefully someone else will be there the next time I visit so I can leave a better review. But judging from the previous reviews I just read that probably won't be the case.

Worst cashier I ever delt with. Pump was not working and the guy working inside was rude and argumentative after locking the cashier booth for 10 mins and disappearing without a note. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! on top of everything, gas is grossly expensive.

Yesterday I received the most disrespectful and rude customer service. The woman at the register was yelling & cursing at another customer. The customer was so polite & just shocked she was treating him so rudely.she then proceeded to ask me "What the **** are you looking at?". I will never come back to this location again.

The woman in the gas station collected my money for the gas and it would not come out. The machine wouldnt pump and when i complained she said somebody already pumped the gas. I told her correct pump she was extremely rude to me and the person in front of me as well. Horrible gas station.

While I was out of town my 86 year old father left his lights on over night and the car wouldn't start so he called this shell and they sent out a moron who hooked the battery booster up to the wrong posts, red on black, black on red. The horn would not stop blowing so the moron took out the relay to the horn and went on his way. When I returned to town I was informed and took the car to the mechanic. Turned out the brain was blown and needed a new one for $650.00. When I went to the Shell to inform them they said "Too bad, prove it" These people are scum bags.
