CUSTOMER SERVICE SECOND TO NONE. STAFF IS RUDE. If you are planning on coming to this store to put in an order for an ice cream cake for a birthday/anniversary or any other event.. STOP. Do NOT come in. Don't waste your time. They won't help you. I came in on 03/02/2022 at 3pm. I came in and went straight to their cake catalog which is located on the right side as you come inside the building. After looking through their selection and making a decision I approched the cashier and asked if I could put an order in for a ice cream cake for a future date. She then told me to "hold on" so she can go get the "cake book" and went into the back. after coming back in few minutes she said she wasn't able to find it, therefore she couldn't take my order. I asked if she could call the store manager because they had the same problem last December, where the girl couldn't find the "cake book" as well but after calling the manager, the book was found and I was able to put in my order. She then snarled and told me no that she will not call the manager because "she is going to tell you the same thing as me" even though I explained to her that last time the last manager knew the location of the "cake book" and we had no further problems. I asked her if she knew how else I can put my order in. And she told me to go to Baskin Robbins website and order it online. So I went to go sit down in a chair and went online to do such that. After finding their store location, selecting my cake, customizing it, the last step is to check out. Well after you click "Check out" their website breaks. It takes you to the screen that says something along the lines "oops we have frozen, please try again" and it keeps crashing every single time. It crashes right after clicking check out. I walked up to the same girl and said they their website keeps crashing, showed her the screen and it's not letting me order a cake. She told me to connect to the public wifi. It wasn't the internet issue but website issue. I once again asked if she minded if we called the manager and ask if there was something we could do and she said no. I think at this point, it's very unprofessional. She woulndt listen to anything else I had to say and told me tough luck. The girl that was behind the counter had very short brown hair and was wearing glasses. No name tag was worn. When I asked what I can do next, she told me to drive around town and find a place that can order with me. "drive around" like in going to be wasting my gas because this girl is too lazy to call her manager and ask for help. Especially since her other coworkers that took my order in the past had NO ISSUES. I do believe she was plain LAZY. and had 0 customer service skills. I will NOT be wasting my time at this location, nor will they get any more of my money. Please train your staff to do better.

Most bogus dunkin donuts I’ve gone to . I passed by for a coffee and the manager and another lady with short hair are the rudest . I tried adding a bagel on the front window for the lady to say “how difficult is it” keep in mind i called the manager to complain on how rude she was and she was also rude trying to blame it on me , saying i cant add a bagel in the window when i pay because it’s difficult for them ? and that she couldnt hear me very well in the intercom, regardless if you work costumer service and deal with people all day u aren’t supposed to do that i work customer service and i dont even treat the clients who come in like that .

The girl with the pink hair is really nice but held up the line when sharing a blunt with the car at the window. I just feel bad for the owner cause the managers and workers don't care. There's no point of doing mobile orders cause they said they wait till the person comes to start the order.... but yeah the blunt passing holding up the line was the last straw

The young lady at the drive-thru/register was SO nice! A refreshing experience since most of the time they sound grumpy and uninterested. Also, my coffee was perfect!!!

Rude manager, drinks ok, but donuts not made fresh in house like krispy kreme. Krispy kreme is all fresh in-house and usually have price of double-dozens for dunkin's one dozen price. I also remember before covid people told to leave by manager for staying in dining area for more than 15 minutes. Krispy kreme lattes are great too. Dunkin is my last option after Tim hortons or Krispy Kreme

Dont waste your time here I went inside and waited for someone to attend me and I been waiting 10 mins in line and no one took care of me until the lady working there came to the register looking high off some type of drugs even a customer behind me told me the worker looked high she didn’t even know what she was doing you can tell this lady was on something so I told her never mind and walked out
