If I could leave zero stars I would, for several reasons! The main and most disgusting reason is because I found a fly in my sweet tea!!!!!! THANK GOD, I HAD NOT TAKEN A SINGLE DRINK YET!!! The more horrific reason being, the manager didn't take the container of tea right then and there and pour it out and have someone start to clean it or anything! Just asked me if I wanted something else to drink instead and expressed how not Kosher it was for the fly to be in my sweet tea!!! I look behind the manager and see the reason why the fly was in there to begin with!!!! The lid was halfway off the container!!! Huh go figure 🤔!!! Needless to say we'll not be going there again!!

Went in to order my breakfast and buy one of the happy meal toys for the little boy down the street cause he likes the little toys and his parents are having hard times right now so they can't always get him one was told after ordering that McDonald's does not sell the toys separately and I would have to get a happy meal which I could not get till 10:30. Asked why I could not buy the toy separately cause I purchase them like that fairly often at other McDonald's in the area and it was one of the reason I went to McDonald's instead of Wendy's. The cashier said I was lying and the system would not allow the toys to be sold separately. So I canceled my order drove a few miles up the road to another McDonald's placed my order and got the toy with no problem. So I will just not go to this McDonald's in the future very dissatisfied.

Best McDonald's in the area. All staff are nice and do a good job. The managers, staff, and most regular customers are nice. A customer-oriented facility. Why go anywhere else?

Waited in line for almost 30 minutes and they got my order wrong. The girls working were rude and the one working the order window was awful. I had to repeat my order three times. By the time they got my order fixed it was cold, I threw it in the trash, so now I go to the 1st Street one in Huntington.

Only leaving the 5 stars because the girl behind the front counter shay, she helped me after her manager was rude and nasty,shay did her very best to make sure I had a great experience while holding a smile on her face,definitely could use more employees like her. Thank you shay for your excellent service.

Food just wasn't as good as we remembered it. Restroom wasn't as clean as they used to be. Disappointed, may be a while before we go back.

Usually this McDonald's is fine, but today I ordered a #5 meal instead I got a large coke and 10 nuggets separately which the cost would be better if it was a meal. I immediately drove back through the drive through and told them I didn't get my fry and was asked if I have a receipt. When they looked at my receipt they told me I didn't order a meal and asked if I wanted to order a fry so that would have been more money. We all have our financial worries and this is very frustrating for me.

It's an ok place. But the drive thru is slow. And they always clean their frappuccino machine in the middle of the day. For that reason alone I rarely visit this one.
