No strawberry shakes.no reeses that is clearly on drive threw menu.no one had a awnser these major food chains offer no choices but there prices increase? Had to return a order looked as if it had been half wrapped and threw in a bag

Food is always fresh and hot. I've never had an issue with any of my orders and their employees are always super nice and demonstrate good customer service skills. I always recommend this McDonald's to people, bc I'm always happy with the service I receive there.

Went through drive thru this evening when we got home just rite here on 28th st the food was cold buns were stale one of the most horrible visits I have ever had to any Mc Donald's...When I called and talked to a supervisor she informed me if I want the food replaced I have to bring the old food back in and remind u they were already closed...we had been on the road alday and just getting home I wasn't running rite back out.so if anyone is hungry and just want a sandwich after running alday DO NOT GO TO THIS MC DONALDS YOU WILL REGRET IT.....

Standard fast food, but wish they cooked the french fries as long as the location at Virginia Beach(much more crispy and delicious).

To the highest paid management at McDonald's. You need to come out of your office and spend some time watching and listening to what's going on in your stores! I went into a McDonald's located in a Walmart. Ordered a quarter pounder, medium fry , and sweet tea. I was going to eat my food in the restaurant until I saw that at least 2-3 tables had been eaten at and never cleaned! I waited FOREVER to get my order and when I finally get it I had the ranch on the side I had requested was missing! I had waited for so long I said to check with it and just left! Most ALL of your locations have come down to this same thing.... And the prices just keep going up! C'mon McDonald's you should be ashamed!!!! Clean up your act!!

Busy, loud, and fast! Hey, the food is, well, fast food. The place is small, but well managed and clean. The manager was busy spraying tables and wiping them down. Good indicator! The food was hot, including the french fries. Another top indicator. Staff is hard working and friendly. Three hits out-of-the-park! For the price and the convenience, what can I say, it's MacDonald's!

I don't eat in McDonald's too often. It is a good place to get a quick bite though. I generally prefer places with better food quality though. This particular McDonald's was convenient and located in the lobby of the Huntington Walmart on route 60.

I always like this Mc Donald's but today they weren't busy and I live 15 miles away and I couldn't turn around and take my order back. The only thing that was right on my order were the the basket of fries and the two happy meals IPad to wait for because they didn't get put with my order. I got someone else's order.
