I spent a decent amount of money here and I just don’t feel like I have been treated properly. I bought a capucines and I didn’t even get the special ribbon or tissue paper/packaging. In fact I just got the regular ribbon and when I went to unpack my item it wasn’t even tied and thrown inside the box as if my ca was rushing to package it. I bought a fragrance from her and she didn’t include fragrance samples. It started becoming constant disappointment after disappointment with each purchase….I’m so glad I stopped purchasing with the ca that works here. Apparently she has “elite clients”…now it makes sense why she treated me the way she did for so long because she just didn’t care about my business to begin with. I wish I took my money to another ca after the first time she did me dirty. She totally ruined my entire experience. What kind of ca doesn’t even include a receipt with a bag? Ridiculous.

Love this LV location . My sales associate Sean is amazing . If it’s out there he gets it for me , and if it’s not he finds it . The managers are awesome & some of the employees are there that worked in the original store in Bal harbor , before they opened a store inside Saks. Highly recommend this LV boutique !!!!

Lorenzo is amazing, point blank period... (to give credit, the other sales people may also be every bit as good) but Lorenzo is who I deal with He was able to acquire a hard to find bag as a gift ... Deal done and bag in hand in less than two days Out of every LV store in South Florida ive never had such a positive experience as LV Bal Harbour in Saks !

Horrible customer service! Once you pay they treat you as if you don’t even exist! Made a purchase of 4K, left my Versace glasses case behind and the manager on duty allowed someone else to claim it. My license and bank card were inside of the glasses case. Didn’t receive an apology or any bit of compassion from the client advisor I purchased my purse from or the store manager. They simply stated “we can’t help you” and wouldn’t even let me into the store past the rope. Will never shop here again. Have been trying to contact someone at corporate for the last two days and have had no calls or emails returned. I’ve received better customer service at target!

Great service good selection. They are not doing stamping so that was a downer. Salesperson was awesome! Got my "Never Full" so I'm thrilled. Bal Harbour is very much upscale so not for the budget shopper. I live this mall although there are many shops inside that are just not my style. Enough of the major ones and the great restaurants to still make me want to go back whenever I'm in Miami!

Lorenzo is the best. After driving to Boca to pick up a shoe they had on hold for me (turned out to be the wrong size and the lady started telling me if I updated my profile my info would get erased... total non sense) I went to this store to look for the shoe and get help and Lorenzo was able to help do it all. He’s amazing and the only sales advisor I’ll go to here.

LV product is fantastic. This review is about the customer service, or rather lack thereof. We spent a good amount here and the sales person could not been more aloof and snooty if she tried. Just remember that you work on commissions. Not the level of service I have experienced in other LV stores.

Sales people so rude. They never have a box too pack my bag. They lie all the time. I asked if I could order a bag but the worker refused too place the order for me. The manager does not care about their costumers and if I could give 0 stars, I would. It was on the 23rd of Wednesday at 1:30pm. I also complained to the corporate office.
