Very surprised after reading the reviews on this branch, I have been banking with this branch since March 1993, and I have never experienced any poor customer service!

Shortest lines with the longest waits! Seems to be a training facility for other BofAs.

My elderly parents have had an apartment business account at this branch for over forty years. My father recently lost his atm card. My parents went into the branch to order a new card and check for fraudulent activity. They were told that all representatives were booked for the day with appointments and they couldn't help them. They were advised to call the B OF A number for assistance. My parents went home and tried this. Both my parents are on the account. They (Bof A)would not allow my mother to help my dad answer his security questions. This could have been avoided if they would have Handled their problem at the branch. I advised my parents that at a Wells Fargo branch they would have checked for fraudulent activity, ordered me a new card and given me a tempory card, without an appointment (I have done this in the past). My parents are loyal, but I think this was the last straw. This branch is a terrible represenative for all Bank of Americas

Showed up because they opened n hour earlier. What a waste of time. The rude teller told me that she could not give do a cashiers check because the funds i deposited didn’t “hard clear”. What the heck does that mean. The balance was avail and I could get cash and use the card the teller stated. She was wrong of course as My usual branch opened and I was all to complete transaction without issue or any mention of a “hard Clear”. This branch seems to be run by rude and uneducated people. Definitely do not want them handing my money. Unsafe.

This is my home branch for one of my accounts I leave a good amount in. It is also at the end of my street so it should be convenient. It is getting harder to bank here because they don't like to cash my checks. I just tried to cash a check payable to my last name only written on a bofa account from contractor we regularly receive checks written the same way. They would let me deposit it. (How does that make sense.) Last time we had to go to a different branch because they couldn't cash a "large" check. $5000 should not be considered "large". I use to refer clients and friends here but now I will never I will send them to Manhattan beach where they respect their customers. I do love the both the Manhattan beach branches and the two branches in palm springs that we frequent and the 800 number people are great. I wish I would have got the name of the teller and supervisor. Did I mention I was very disappointed.

They almost made me lose a property I was purchasing because they messed up a required and timely wire transfer. After implying it was my mistake the numbers were wrong that I provided, though I had been in the day before and was told everything would transfer fine, they manually verified and, in Spanish, stated "oh, three zeros instead of two", because I'm white so clearly I don't speak Spanish. Idiots. They never apologized and simply stated, in English, that those things happen. Stick to ATMs and Venmo if you can help it.

Line of 20 people with 1 teller. Case study on how not to run a bank. BOA doesn’t care about customer satisfaction because they don’t need to. Horrid experience.

This branch is racist and they do not care about you. I went here to try to get a temporary debit card, I waited for 20 minutes to talk to someone, then just as I am about to speak with someone an Asian man walked in and they help him first. The teller who originally helped me said nothing she was too busy flirting with the guy at her window. Bottom line is they are sorry at there job this branch should be shut down. If you want to be treated with respect DO NOT GO HERE!!!

It's a wonderful bank, it's almost never crowded.
