I spent a decent amount of money here and I just don’t feel like I have been treated properly. I bought a capucines and I didn’t even get the special ribbon or tissue paper/packaging. In fact I just got the regular ribbon and when I went to unpack my item it wasn’t even tied and thrown inside the box as if my ca was rushing to package it. I bought a fragrance from her and she didn’t include fragrance samples. It started becoming constant disappointment after disappointment with each purchase….I’m so glad I stopped purchasing with the ca that works here. Apparently she has “elite clients”…now it makes sense why she treated me the way she did for so long because she just didn’t care about my business to begin with. I wish I took my money to another ca after the first time she did me dirty. She totally ruined my entire experience. What kind of ca doesn’t even include a receipt with a bag? Ridiculous. ~Smile
