This 1-star rating is submitted on behalf of Emmett Doherty at Heights Crating Co.: 5-4-22, I received 3 rolls 10mil 20’x100’, 2 rolls 10mil 40’x100’, value $2,499.26 (plus an additional $362.24 for S & H). Each roll of the 20’x100’ wrap was short: 1 pc 20’x83’, 1pc 20’x85’, 1pc 20’x87’. That’s a total shortage of 45’! These short remnants offered us no utility at all. I placed 3 phone calls to a manager, Bill Wetzel. He never attempted to contact me to resolve the matter. Mr. Shrinkwrap is an OK supplier until there is a problem, then they will make no effort to remedy it. I think that Mr. Shrinkwrap orders the plastic short count, as an angle to take more profit. I will never make another purchase from them. Further, I will always warn my friends of the issue I had with Mr. Shrinkwrap.

Let down cant trust there website. Will tell you item is in stock collect your money give you a false shipping date , Then you have to call to find out that the item is not in stock they don't have the curtesy to reach out and let you know. Huge waste of time the are not reliable or dependable!
