This 1-star rating is submitted on behalf of Emmett Doherty at Heights Crating Co.: 5-4-22, I received 3 rolls 10mil 20’x100’, 2 rolls 10mil 40’x100’, value $2,499.26 (plus an additional $362.24 for S & H). Each roll of the 20’x100’ wrap was short: 1 pc 20’x83’, 1pc 20’x85’, 1pc 20’x87’. That’s a total shortage of 45’! These short remnants offered us no utility at all. I placed 3 phone calls to a manager, Bill Wetzel. He never attempted to contact me to resolve the matter. Mr. Shrinkwrap is an OK supplier until there is a problem, then they will make no effort to remedy it. I think that Mr. Shrinkwrap orders the plastic short count, as an angle to take more profit. I will never make another purchase from them. Further, I will always warn my friends of the issue I had with Mr. Shrinkwrap. ~Martha
