The reason for the 2stars on 2/10/2022, I went here to get second covid vaccine it cause me a lot of problems the young man that gave me the shot on that afternoon at 12pm he was very nice and intelligent but need more education in giving shot he first of all give me my shot close to my shoulder secondly I blood and yes he apologized. But now I'm suffering massive pains down my arms and underneath armpit. I pray that it's nothing damaged on my left arm.

What a joke, you need your meds, they close the pharmacy at 5pm. Will go down the road to midlothian, atleast they work longer, not 9 to 5!

Pharmacy is the worst I was denied my second dose of the covid vaccine because there was an issue with my insurance the pharmacist lady I believe her name was Nick or Nicky she is extremely rude and unprofessional didn’t offer any other solution I ask to speak to the manager his name is Marcus he fail to provide me with his name or his coworkers name I catch a glimpse of his tag he didn’t offer any help as well he told me to schedule at another location I will be contacting Walgreens customer relations. Avoid this place pharmacy workers are the worst of all the locations I have been!!!

I went through the drive-thru to pick up an RX. I am hearing impaired and was having trouble hearing what the pharmacist was asking. She was very patient and kind enough to write it down and hold it up to the window for me with a smile. Made my day. Wish I would've asked her name. Small things make a big difference.

Ever since they changed from rite aid to Walgreens, the pharmacy is TERRIBLE! I wait forever for my prescriptions to be filled and to pick them up. Don’t even bother going through the drive thru, they forget about you and you end up waiting for about 20 minutes. I am changing my pharmacy immediately.

This is a really bad pharmacy. Once I went to pick up medications only to find half of them had been transferred to another Walgreens. When I inquired why they claimed someone had tried to pick them up there. Not true at all. They won’t call your doctor to have refills done for you. They even once claimed that my doctor Called them and told them not to refill my medication. Also a lie. Only reason I go here is because I need the medication to live.

I have yet to have a negative experience here. My shopping list tends to be limited however and doesn't include getting prescriptions filled here. 🛒 💊-🚫 Parking lot size is ample. 🚗 👍 The staff I have interacted with have always been friendly and helpful. 😊 👍 Great location too, in a strip mall that includes a couple of my other favorites. The only shortfall is that the Crestwood Walgreens is not a 24-hour location like the one further south in Midlothian or the Crestwood Walmart, but it's a minor knock since the Midlothian store is actually closer to me. I have yet to shop at a Walgreens that wasn't clean and organized, and the Crestwood location doesn't dissappoint. Surprisingly lots to find in this and all Walgreens. Overall, it's a place that I feel I can rely on when the need arises. 👍 👍

My boyfriend and I use this Walgreens regularly since my brother used to work at this location. My brother left about a half a year ago, and yet today the employees were loudly and explicitly making negative comments about not only my brother but my parents as well. I was about three aisles away from the employees speaking from behind the photo station, and yet I could still very clearly hear the ignorant comments they were making about things that my parents supposedly do when they come to the store. (I'll spare the details). They even made an extra effort to add into the conversation where my brother currently works, which then completely confirmed to me that they were talking about my family. I am unsure if the girls purposely started their conversation because they saw me in the store and wanted to make it a point for me to hear, or weren't conscious of their surroundings even to know there was a family member of the very people they were gossiping about. Whether what they were saying is true or not about my family, I am unaware. Though, whether is it or not, I find it completely unacceptable and unprofessional for store employees to publicly be disrespecting people. You have a breakroom, or learn how to whisper! Sadly, this isn't the first time I've seen or heard this behavior from employees and managers at this location. I will no longer be coming to this Walgreens.
