My Fiancé went in for a haircut & I let him go in while I was in Aldi I had to take him back in because the lady who cut his hair did a horrible job. She left patches of hair around his ears long. Bad job of trimming it. I know when they read this they will remember the hijabi lady walking a man back in to have his hair fixed. She also left hair long & uncut not around his temple area when the other side was cut. After getting home i noticed it was worst. The back of his head the hair wasn't faded from each area where the hair had been cut with the clippers. She knew she didn't do it right & was sorry. I grew up in my mother's salon. I don't cut hair but I know when I see just people being put in a chair & pushed out the door for a quick buck. Take some pride. I can see where the hair is cut short and left long it's looks horrible & he works in a corporate job & we network and attend public events with government officials. His hair is a mess. Very nice hair shop. They were kind enough to cut my hair 15 min prior to closing. I was quick with my haircut. Told the stylist I wanted a basic military cut. Told her to take it all off back to first in basic training. I paid and left a generous tip for me being in right before closing.

Took Audrey there and I know her hairs not the easiest to work with but to brush her hair to the the point of making a ten year old cry and then to take stuff in Spanish because I don't look puerto rican.Lady lucky I was in a good mood cause any other day would have put this lady on her butt . Wow !! What a super positive experience I just had at this hair salon. Great Clips had the nicest staff ever ! From the first conversation with the woman who asked if I had an appointment. Who was so kind and polite and said the stylist who cut my hair last time was not here yet. But said she would be here in a half hour and asked if I wanted to wait or come back. I said I would come back. She thanked me and said she would make sure my stylist knew I was coming back. When I came back I was welcomed with a warm genuine smile by Ashley. Now let just say that out of all the people who have cut my hair Ashley is by far the best! She takes the time to ask me and to make sure she knows exactly what I want. Then she gives me a very thoughtful insight as to why that might not be the best way to go. And then she very gently says if you did this I think you would like it ! She is so good with costumers and rock solid in knowing what looks great! I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who wants a positive experience with your hair stylist professional! The whole staff are great with customers and genuinely care about what best for them ! I cant wait to see Ashley again! 5 stars all day long !! Earl

Highly recommend Ashley. I think I will be asking for her in the future. Regardless I get good value haircuts here. My preferences are stored in their system. I recommend you check in with the app saves time gets you first in line head of other customers. Got another good haircut from Ashley. Hadn't seen her in a couple of months but get good haircuts from the other stylists as well. I'll keep going back. Use their system to your advantage both w regards to scheduling and saving your haircut preference. Thanks again Ashley! 3 in a row. Great haircut once again. Found the giraffe pic!

My teenage son went in and asked for a crew cut and came out looking like a plucked chicken. The stylist was surprised he didn’t like it. Every single strand of hair was a different length. We asked her to fix it in the front and she attempted to do that but was unsuccessful. I’m not sure she’s really a licensed hairdresser at all. Good news is that, thanks to Covid, my son is at home and doing e-learning. He plans to wear a hat for the next month and go back to our regular hair salon next time. He said never again will he go to a different place because he wants a haircut in a hurry. Service: Hairstyling

Hi everyone, I was there last Sunday, there was a woman who made my haircut. After visiting the salon, I still had a bad impression and a bad hairstyle, which I remake in another salon. I recommend not to visit this salon, because there are non-professionals working there. And I added my photo haircut after visiting our salon. Thanks

I've always had a great experience, but I keep losing my stylist!!! First John, and now Dominique... The other ladies don't feel comfortable cutting mixed hair.... All and All, you guys haven't disappointed me at all.... Great staff, awesome people

I love the place! The ladies are always nice I usually get Rayleen who is fantastic! She is always upbeat and has a great personality and the haircuts are perfect. When I had to get any of the other stylist the were just as pleasant. *Thank you to all of the employees of the Mallard crossing Great clips.
