I needed tuna salad and all the employees that work there seemed like they don't want to work.. No help they just stare at you.. I had to go on the other side of the building in front by the cashiers to get help.. and they didn't have a looking for even when it was online.. Horrible customer service.. I'm done with this place..

Every time I use this pharmacy I think they will get there act together. But that’s never the case. They never have my prescription ready and they are never pleasant.

I don’t know where all the positive reviews come from, all i have Ever had is attitude from the staff. Constantly, always such rudeness even on the phone. I wish I could have the staff anywhere else but here! RUDE RUDE RUDE!

I was originally upset when David the pharmacist left because he was so through. But Nadia is just as great!!! She’s very kind and takes time to really make sure you understand your meds. Boni, the pharm tech, is just as great! If you can, be sure to give this team patience and understanding. We’re in a pandemic, and I’ve seen people be so rude. I’m thankful for them!

If I could give them a zero I would. Gave me a hard time to return food that expired six months pryor until I showed them the location! Unacceptable.Check your dates! Will never shop there again.

They are the best! I couldn't find the medicine around my house so my pharmacy told me that only Glendale Heights has this medicine. It is about 30 miles. I drove there and ordered my medicine. I explained to pharmacist that I live far. Thay filled up my medicine, took my address and my credit card's number and asked me to call them after 3 weeks. They should mail me the medicine for free. I didn't believe. I called them 3 weeks after my first visit and asked for refill. I spoke with completely different person but they lived up to their promises! They refilled my medicine and mailed it to me for free! That's happened first time in my life! Thank you very much!

Takes forever to receive your prescriptions. I’m writing this review as I wait for my prescription that was supposed to be ready 30 minutes ago. If you need your prescriptions on time, do NOT come here!
